Architectural Project Manager
4Creeks is currently hiring a Project Manager to join our Architecture team. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who has extensive experience in organizing and directing architectural projects, ensuring that work is completed in a timely, orderly, and coordinated manner. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership qualities, effective communication skills, and a willingness to support staff.
Responsibilities for this position would include but not be limited to:
- Will be the Project Lead in developing design and construction documents for bidding and construction on our projects.
- Will lead a team of 2-5 staff members and be responsible for their productivity throughout each project. The PM will consistently meet with team members to direct workload and review project timelines/milestones.
- Will develop design/space plans based on the Clients approved program requirements (assist the client with programming).
- Attendance at on-site construction project meetings will be required and the Project Manager will keep accurate meeting minutes according to the firms standard format. The Project Manager will advise the General Contractor and the senior management team of any critical path and long lead items that will affect the project goals including responding to RFIs and submittals.
- Exhibit entrepreneurial qualities that could support business development.
- Determine the extent of the construction detailing required for various elements of a project and ensure constructability, code compliance, affordability, and aesthetics. Develop these details and support/supervise the team members as they assist in developing needed details by assessing technical adequacy and completeness.
- Perform quality assurance checks on all drawings and documents related to assigned projects.
- Issue progress review sets of drawings to the Project Architect/senior management team at various levels of development, according to established project milestone dates.
- Make decisions independently and/or as part of the management team, to adhere to the design concept, project budget, project timelines, and milestones.
- Exhibit excellent administrative and personal time management skills while having the ability to prioritize assigned tasks and delegate efficiently to maintain established project timelines and milestones. The Project Manager shall advise the Senior Management team of any deviations to project timelines and milestones.
- Exhibit strong multi-tasking abilities which allow performance of the above responsibilities for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Oversees the training of junior staff and provides mentorship and assistance in solving technical-related project complexities.
- Apply excellent research skills to ensure project code compliance and to fully develop project technical specifications.
- Strong building agency experience: prepare applications, draft responses to agency objections, and define alternate approaches to achieve project approvals.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture from an Accredited College or University
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience under the direct supervision of a Registered Architect
Compensation
The salary will be determined by the candidates skill and experience level and highly competitive with industry standards. The benefits package includes full employee health coverage (50% coverage for dependents), company 401(k) contribution, and performance bonuses. The expected salary range for this position is $82k-$120k.

Construction Manager (Land Development - Subdivision)
4CG is seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of Land Development projects. The Construction Manager's primary responsibility is to assist with the construction and field management of the job site as it relates to commercial construction. This includes but is not limited to scheduling and supervising job site subcontractors, client walk-throughs, inspections, subdivision upkeep, and enforcing safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities for this position would include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Walking: Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or moving from one work site to another
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Construction Management, focusing on single-family subdivision Land Development projects.
- Experience in construction for the home building industry preferred.
Compensation
Salary will range from $95k to $125k per year, depending on the candidate's skills and experience level. Outreach Coordinator

Work Hours: Monday-Thursday 9-hours and Friday 4-hours
Responsibilities
4Creeks is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to work under the direction of a Water Program Manager on our Water Administration team.
Responsibilities for this position would include:
- Planning: Facilitating and organizing community engagement activities and events, such as sales, marketing, and outreach events, to promote the organization's services and raise awareness
- Building relationships: Establishing and maintaining relationships with community, corporate, civic, and educational organizations
- Providing resources: Identifying resources for clients and the community, and providing information, referrals, and advocacy to help them access services
- Developing materials: Organizes and oversees marketing and multimedia plans/materials to garner community support and raise awareness.
This position will be office and field work with site visits as necessary. Field work will be at project sites and are typically within a 50-mile radius of Visalia.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Fundraising, Communication, Marketing, or other related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
- Candidate must be bilingual in Spanish.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and organizational skills.
Compensation
The hourly rate will be determined by the candidate's skill and experience level and highly competitive with industry standards. The expected pay range for this position is $30 - $40/hr.
