Cook/Food Preparation
Cook/Food Preparation - $ 12/hr
Hours: 7:30a - 4:00p (Monday - Friday)
Job Description:
- Preparing food per the established guidelines.

Requirements:

- A food handler's license/permit.
- Proven experience working in a fast-food restaurant, deli, or similar environment.

Accounts Receivable Agent
Essential Functions:
- Provide AR support to hotel properties
- Each Agent will support an average of 4-6 hotels, depending on size
- Regularly contact customers, primarily via phone and e-mail regarding their open invoices with the hotel
- Provide duplicate invoice copies as needed
- Resolve customer billing disputes and/or escalate to supervisor/hotel as needed
- Some research and reconciliation may be needed
- Provide a high level of customer service to both our external and internal customers
- Promptly respond to all inquiries
- Other duties as may be assigned by supervisors
- Regular attendance is expected based on schedule and business needs
- Monday-Friday working and 8 hours, plus an hour off for lunch, somewhere between 7:00 AM7:00 PM, with weekend work on rare occasions
- Participation in employee events, onsite meetings, hotel visits and industry conferences are expected.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years customer service, administrative or accounting experience
- Above-average written and oral communications skills
- Microsoft Office Suite Experience
- Customer Service experience in one of the following industries a plus; Hospitality, Accounting or Commercial Oil & Gas
Air Test Server (2nd Shift)
AIR TEST SERVER (2nd Shift) - $ 14.75/$15.50 Hr
Hours: Night Shift: 5:30p-4:00a (Sunday - Wednesday)
- Maintain work stations
- Ensure each air test, bushing machine, manual hand blow station and packer have a buggy of bags.
- keep buggies organized and covered.
- Keep bags organized by size and color.
- Keep space clean and trash emptied
- Able to work standing/walking for 10 hours
- Must be able to work well with others
- Must be able to lift 10-15 lbs
- Must work overtime when needed
- Good attendance and ready to work
- Clean background
- Must be able to train on day shift for a week
