Mobile Communications Service Delivery Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of mobile services for our clients customers.
This includes overseeing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mobile devices and services, as well as providing technical support to clients.
Responsibilities:
Manage the delivery of mobile services to clients, ensuring timely and efficient installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of devices and services.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding mobile service issues and inquiries.
Provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of mobile services with other systems and processes .
Monitor and analyze mobile service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
Prepare and present regular reports on mobile service performance and client satisfaction to management.
Qualifications:
3 years service delivery experience within mobile reseller telecom channel.
3 years experience of supporting up to 60 SMB and Enterprise mobile accounts.
Experience working collaboratively with cross functional teams to achieve common goals and deliver high quality services.
Excellent documentation skills with the ability to create and maintain reports, ensuring transparency and accountability in service delivery.
