About the job
The Appointment Setter responsible for contacting potential clients and scheduling appointments for the sales team as well as performing administrative duties to support business operations. If you are up for the challenge, wed like to meet you!
What you'll do
- Schedule a consultation between prospective clients and the sales team.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for sales team.
- Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in CRM system.
- Handle client service or support related incoming requests.
- Outlook calendar management and scheduling.
- Manage databases and execute reports.
- Domestic and international travel coordination.
- Business communications to internal/external stakeholders (email, phone, etc.).
- Report generation and preparation.
- Document management.
- Presentation creation/editing.
- Other duties as required.
What you'll bring
- At least 3 years of proven experience as an Appointment Setter.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Database management experience
- Demonstrated ability to function effectively and with great attention to detail while managing multiple tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.

The role of the Client Support you will assist the client with various administrative tasks and database management. If you are up for the challenge, we'd like to meet you!
What you'll do:
- Project-based activities
- Creation of assessment into Kallibrs aXcelerate LMS.
- Creation of Training & Assessment Strategy shells the creation of a Word template for each course we offer using an existing template.
- Branding of Word and PPT documents into Kallibr Training branding re-branding of existing course materials using existing templates.
- Session Plans shells using an existing Word template, replicating the Session Plan for each course.
- Creating the 2023 Training Profile Kit using an existing Word template to create an individualized profile shell of each trainer and assessor.
- QI survey data entry scanned PDFs of survey responses that need inputting into a templated Excel spreadsheet.
- Replicating RPL Kits into Cloud Assess through an existing RPL Kit template which needs to be replicated in Cloud Assess LMS.
- Third party training record book.
- Clean-up Sharepoint.
- Ongoing activities
- Audits of student files.
- Ongoing LMS maintenance; Ongoing continuous improvements (e.g. updating identified errors).
- Generating various reports throughout the business at various intervals (e.g. monthly).
- Upload trainer files to aXcelerate and set review dates.
- QI Survey management in Ask Nicely.
What you'll bring:
- At least 1 year of experience in the BPO industry data entry, back office or VA role.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to function effectively and with strong attention to detail.

- Planning concepts by studying design briefs and requirements.
