Federal Contract Acquisition Manager

- Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in federal contracts and relevant agencies.

- Familiarity with the Contract Disputes Act (CDA) and dispute resolution.
- Understanding of Small Business Administration (SBA) programs, certifications, and socioeconomic categories set-aside programs.
- Developing a customized plan for pursuing and securing government contracts, including:
- Identifying target agencies and researching opportunities.
- Crafting effective proposals.
- Following the bidding process and ensuring compliance with procurement rules.
- Assessing the financial aspects of contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with intended objectives.
- Maintaining detailed records, reports, and documentation related to contracts.
- Familiarity with SBA programs and the process of getting assistance from SBA in federal contracting.
- Understanding key steps in the federal procurement process, from acquisition planning to contract award and post-award administration.
- Ability to work with fixed-price contracts and cost-reimbursement contracts, ensuring optimal outcomes.
- Familiarity with Contract Disputes Act (CDA) and resolving contract disputes.
- Awareness of Small Business Administration (SBA) programs, certifications, and the various socioeconomic categories set-aside programs.

We are a medical cannabis clinic devoted to improving the health and well-being of those we serve by providing the necessary certification needed for qualified patients to begin medical marijuana as a treatment option. This is an excellent part-time opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in an emerging field of medicine.
