BIM Modeler - Work From Home (Immediate Start)

Architectural CAD Drafter
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Architectural Drafter to be a part of our team. You will be responsible for gathering all the information and measurements related to various construction projects. You should be able to create architectural designs using CAD software and tools.
As an Architectural Drafter, you should be able to update the BIM systems on a regular basis. You should also be able to make changes to the designs upon client requests.
To perform in this job role, you should display excellent drafting skills. Moreover, you should also be familiar with the latest industry trends and developments. A keen eye for detail and knowledge of various CAD software will work to your advantage. Also, possessing strong collaborative skills will be a plus.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and understanding building specifications

- Visiting various construction sites to note measurements and calculate dimensions

We are seeking an experienced Senior QS to join our remote team and contribute to our continued success in delivering quality construction projects.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of the new construction projects. This includes cost estimation, budget management, contract administration, and the preparation of bills of quantities (BOQ). Your expertise in high-rise apartment construction in the USA market will be essential in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting detailed cost estimates and feasibility studies for new construction projects.
- Preparing accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documents.
- Managing project budgets and financial forecasts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluating subcontractor and supplier bids and negotiating contracts.
- Monitoring project costs and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Providing accurate financial reporting and cost analysis.
