Key Responsibilities:
- Quotation Management: Prepare and complete quotations with precision, ensuring all client specifications and pricing details are accurate and up-to-date.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the owner and Senior Merchandiser Manager, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
- Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information for quotations and address any inquiries promptly, if necessary.
- Logistics Coordination: Assist in managing logistics operations, including coordinating shipments, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Documentation: Maintain organized records of all transactions, communications, and logistical details to ensure seamless operations.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the fashion or design industry. Logistics experience is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and able to manage work pressure effectively.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join a team of professionals at an Audio-Visual Electronic Equipment Rentals company in Dubai.
The role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a passion for driving success.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations / Logistics / Project Management / Client & Vendor Management / Staff Management / Planning & Execution / Procurement / Back-end Management / Coordination
- To assist the operations manager on a day-to-day basis for managing the operational workflow of all the up-coming projects along with on-going projects of the company i.e., planning, structuring and delegation.
- To have a close relation with the sales team and manage the entire calendar for the month so the planning and requirement of every project is done within the time with efficiency.
- To conduct site visits with clients and brief the project managers with site visit reports by planning adequate inventory as per the requirements and briefing the team thoroughly.
- To deal with various vendors, service providers and ensure all the procurements are placed in time without any delays after obtaining all the necessary internal approvals.
- To liaise with the event venues in prior and gets its necessary work permit documents filled and submitted on time for all the scheduled projects for smoother operations.
- To plan the logistics schedule of all the staff members, pick and drop from their accommodation to site and vice versa and making sure that all drivers are working as per the schedule and instructions given to each one.
- To form and maintain an excellent relation with all the clients and vendors.
- To guarantee that the company's operational structure on site remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring and planning the technicalities of every event given by the sales team.
Qualifications:
- B.Com / B.B.A. / M.B.A. / Event Management
- Proficient in English and Hindi language
