Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the FIX protocol lifecycle including onboarding, operation, and updates for various trading types across all asset classes, ensuring compliance with client SLAs.
- Handle system configurations for FIX order flows, conduct certification sessions, customize FIX settings for new requirements, and maintain documentation and records of certified functionalities.
- Proactively identify and address project risks and issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field with over 5 years of experience in the IT Finance sector and deep knowledge of the FIX Protocol.
- Familiar with the front office trade lifecycle, financial instruments, and network troubleshooting. Experience with XML file configurations and multitasking under tight deadlines is essential.
- Strong independent work ethic, excellent communication skills, and teamwork orientation. Experience in a global, matrixed organization and fluency in English are preferred.
