Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Environment TD with experience in the gaming industry to oversee the creation and implementation of complex environment assets and systems within Unreal Engine and Houdini. In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse team of artists, designers, and engineers to deliver visually stunning and technically sophisticated environments. You will lead a team of environment artists and TDs, providing technical guidance and developing tools and workflows to enhance our environment creation processes.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of environment artists and technical directors, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Design, develop, and implement complex environment assets and systems using Unreal Engine and Houdini.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of environment assets into projects.
Develop and maintain tools, scripts, and workflows to streamline the environment creation process and improve efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to environment assets and systems.
Optimize environment assets for performance and memory usage without compromising visual quality.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and incorporate them into the environment pipeline.
Provide technical documentation and training for team members on tools and workflows.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Art, Game Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in a senior or lead role within the gaming industry, with a focus on environment art and technical direction.
Expert knowledge of Unreal Engine and Houdini, including Blueprints, material creation, and procedural generation techniques.
Strong understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and shading.
Proficient in scripting languages such as Python or C++.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of game development processes.
Preferred skills:
Experience with other game engines and 3D software (e.g., Maya, 3ds Max, Substance Designer/Painter).
Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for real-time rendering.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Perforce, Git).
Familiarity with VR/AR development.

We're looking for a talented Mocap Facial Capture Specialist to join our team and help us push the boundaries of digital storytelling.As a Mocap Facial Capture Specialist, you'll be responsible for capturing lifelike facial expressions and movements to bring our digital characters to life with authenticity and precision.
Responsibilities:
Conduct high-quality facial motion capture sessions with actors using state-of-the-art systems such as Vicon, OptiTrack, and Xsens.
Process and refine mocap data using industry-standard software including MotionBuilder, Faceware, and Dynamixyz.
Collaborate closely with animators and developers to seamlessly integrate facial animations into projects.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in mocap facial capture technologies and techniques, implementing best practices to enhance our workflows.
Requirements:
Proficiency in mocap facial capture systems such as Vicon, OptiTrack, and Xsens.
Strong understanding of facial anatomy, expressions, and performance capture techniques.
Experience in processing mocap data using software like MotionBuilder, Faceware, and Dynamixyz.
Preferred familiarity with Cortex, Motive, Blade, or similar Motion Capture software packages would be advantageous.
Body and facial rigging skill and an understanding of MEL/Maxscript desirable.

In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing and refining multimedia content using your expertise in Unreal Engine for real-time rendering and Resolve for color grading and finishing. While a gaming background is preferred, we welcome applicants from diverse industries who possess the necessary skills and a passion for leveraging gaming technology in innovative ways.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with content creators and producers to understand project requirements and objectives.
Utilize Unreal Engine to create stunning visual effects, animations, and environments that enhance the overall quality of multimedia content.
Implement real-time rendering techniques to optimize performance and achieve desired aesthetic effects.
Employ Resolve for color grading, editing, and finishing to ensure consistency and visual coherence across all projects.
Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in Unreal Engine and Resolve to continuously improve workflow efficiency and quality of output.
Work closely with the development team to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions.
Maintain organization and version control of project files to facilitate seamless collaboration and iteration.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience as an Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in Unreal Engine and Resolve.
In-depth knowledge of real-time rendering techniques, blueprints, materials, and lighting within Unreal Engine.
Expertise in color grading, editing, and finishing using Resolve, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Familiarity with gaming industry standards and best practices is preferred.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
