Reliability Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and participate actively to ensure the highest standards are achieved and maintained in terms of safety, environment, quality, and efficiency.
- Daily monitoring on major rotating equipment and diagnose the conditions.
- Daily communicating with Site Team for equipment condition monitoring
- Develop O&M procedure for Condition Based Monitoring Maintenance Strategy
- Conduct Root cause analysis of equipment trip or failure
- Coordinate with Vibration, Lube oil analysis and other vendor for condition monitoring
- Coordinate annual review of the plants Asset Reliability Criteria.
- Work with CMMS team to create and maintain CBM task
- Provide technical review for vibration, lube oil and process analysis vendor deliverable
- Set up Maintenance plan for equipment condition monitoring
- Provide various training of Vibration and Lube Oil Analysis for O&M employees
- Visit Offshore/Onshore Site for Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis if required.
Personal Attributes, Education & Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years experience as Reliability Engineer in Oil & Gas Industry
- Appropriate (i.e. Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Etc.) Engineering qualification or equivalent experience with a technical certification
- A high level of planning, problem solving, organizational, scheduling and co-ordination skills
- Minimum 10 years experience for Knowledge and Experience for Vibration, Lube Oil and Root Cause Failure Analysis
- ISO Vibration Analyst Certificate CAT III or Equivalent is mandatory
- Knowledge and Experience for Static Equipment and Piping Vibration Analysis.
- Knowledge of rotating & Static Equipment and ISO 2372 & 10816
- Knowledge of EAM, CMMS software including knowledge of SAP operation.
- Strong ability on computer-based programs such as MS office

Experience & Qualifications
- Supervision, Planning and implementation of all Maintenance activity in order to optimize production within safety, legislative, environmental and company requirements.
- Supervise the Onshore Maintenance Department, liaising with Operations and other Supervisors to carry out safe and efficient planned maintenance routines.
- Responsible for maximizing availability of all plant and equipment and thus ensure security of production understanding that the direction of all routine maintenance activities shall be in line with company operating policies and procedures and shall ensure compliance with safety, legislative, environmental and certifying authority requirements.
- Ensure that Maintenance KPIs are accurately reported and targets achieved through effective and timely implementation of required actions.
- Responsible for organizing and planning the routine maintenance regime of all equipment, plant and systems within safety and budgetary constraints and in liaison with the Onshore Head of Maintenance, Production Supervisor and Onshore Superintendent.
- Responsible for directing the activities of maintenance staff to a high loss control standard in accordance with the company safety regulations and procedures, in order to minimize the risk of personal injury, environmental damage, and asset damage.
- Ensure that equipment/process design and software changes are properly documented in accordance with the Management of Change and Modification of Logic Control Systems process.
- Review and rationalize Preventative Maintenance procedures, evaluate and optimize maintenance routines along with other Operational personnel and onshore support staff.
- Carry out Permit to work tasks as Area Authority for designated area and conduct toolbox talks /Job safety analysis as required.
- Prepare input to the annual budget for submission to the Onshore Superintendent for area of responsibility.
- Regularly review and monitor compliance with safe work systems and maintenance procedures.
- Responsible for nominated role in the Emergency Response Team in the event of an emergency, and to take part in all drills and exercises.
- Monitor the CBTA program and ensure it is being progressed and national labor is reaching the required standards within the expected timeframes.
- Conduct Job Safety Analysis / Task Risk Assessments & Toolbox Talks as & when required.
- Know & understand your role as ('Emergency Response Team Leader') in an emergency & in emergency exercises / drill.
- Participate in all Investigations of Incidents related to equipment on the facility.
- Management and input in to planned plant Shutdowns/Turnarounds including planning and managing all shutdown activities to ensure completion and plant re-starting as per the agreed schedule.
Personal Attributes, Education & Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification. Alternatively, extensive industry experience in this position.
- Fluency in English both written and spoken with strong personal & interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable leadership & personnel management skills.
- Culturally aware with experience of working with multi-national workforces.
- Computer literacy and experience with CMMS & Safety Management Systems.
- Experience with all Gas processing associated equipment and utilities.
Position Recommended Experience & Skills
- Good knowledge of maintenance methods and equipment across all the disciplines.
- Extensive knowledge of maintenance techniques, reporting and recording.
- Ability to lead a multi-discipline team both as a supervisor and in a technical advisory capacity.
- Possess at least 15 years experience in Maintenance Works.
- Ability to communicate with technical specialists and to interpret technical drawings and specification documents.
- Understanding of best practice, standards, relevant regulations
- Participate and enforce company initiatives as directed by PDC.

Experience & Qualifications
- Develop and implement Life of Field regional strategies for ROV operations, tooling/inventory management, and new
technologies working with stakeholders, ensuring long term sustainable set up for the region, including development
of necessary skills and behaviors with an agile mindset.
- Deliver standard supplier performance management for Life of field scopes, including maintaining relationships with
suppliers, improving cost and efficiency.
- Prepare and actively manage budgets and costs for Life of Field scope with contractors.

Experience & Qualifications
- Assist REE in day to day duties.
- Responsible for solving technical, maintenance, operational issues for all major turbomachinery in inventory. Carry out technical audits of turbomachinery equipment packages.
- Prepare technical specifications, resources and initial budget for upgrades/new equipment.
- Review, evaluate and verify supplier proposals/data sheets to comply with project specifications and requirements. Identify and resolve any scope change and deviation with supplied equipment (MOC).
- To ensure consistent quality by performing audits on OEM / service providers.
- To coordinate studies related to feasibilities, life assessment, obsolescence, upgrades, future strategies & evaluate OEM recommendations related to new technologies to enhance reliability, availability, efficiency & performance of turbomachinery equipment.
- To review capital spares inventory for turbomachinery ensuring that optimum levels are maintained and to order replacement of aged parts.
- Develop, plan and execute the condition monitoring / analysis and troubleshooting activities for turbomachinery equipment in assigned area. Monitor turbomachinery and investigate any areas for improvement.
- Develop, plan and monitor the execution of turbomachinery equipment maintenance strategy, specific maintenance routines and job plans.
- Investigate turbomachinery equipment recurring failures in the assigned area. Integral member of RCA team as required.
- To develop scope of work for long term service agreements with OEMs & non-OEM service providers for utilization of specialist services & refurbishment of capital insurance spares & to ensure that the quality of repairs / overhauls are in line with the agreed standards.
- Research improvements in operation and maintenance of turbomachinery.
- Review Bad Actor list (turbomachinery equipment), analyze the problems/issues and provide recommendations to ensure and enhance asset reliability.
- Provide shutdown / turnaround scope of work for rotating equipment to ensure and enhance availability and integrity of plant and equipment.
- Ensure conformance to applicable government regulations, engineering codes, and standards as well as company QA system, policies, and procedures.
- Provide reports for assigned equipment to department leaders.
- Lead, motivate, develop and assess the assigned team to achieve business objectives and grow capability.
POSITION RECOMMENDED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Experience in commissioning, start-up operation and maintenance offshore Oil & Gas facilities. Advanced knowledge of industrial gas turbines, theory and application.
- Advanced knowledge of centrifugal gas compressors, theory and application.
- Knowledge of advanced maintenance, remote monitoring and diagnosis, reliability strategies.
- Knowledge of other industrial rotating equipment including but not limited to Internal Combustion Engine drivers, Pumps, Generators, Gearboxes.
- Investigation and fault finding skills.
- Understanding of best practice, standards, codes and relevant regulations. (API, NORSOK, MARPOL, DNV)
- Preferred working experiences at Siemens (SGT-400) or Baker Hughes (PGT25+G4).
