Backend Developer, Pakistan
VinAudit.com Inc. is a data and analytics startup specialized in automotive data. Since launching in 2011, VinAudit.com has aggregated billions of vehicle-related records, helped millions of consumers evaluate a car purchase, and served thousands of automotive businesses with access to our unique datasets. Our head office is in Washington State, USA, and we have a subsidiary in Canada.
We are now seeking software professionals to grow our business. You would be joining a team of around 50+ individuals who work remotely and globally including in the United States, Canada, the Philippines, India and Pakistan, and China
Work Setup:
Preferred location: Remote, supporting US-based business
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Pacific Time (US)
Compensation and Benefits:
- USD2,200 - USD2,800 per month, depending on skill level
- Profit sharing

Responsibilities:
- Leading the design, implementation, and rollout of key backend systems and data products.
- Managing production systems to maintain high quality and reliability for our clients.
- Collaborating with other developers and team members to promote our collective growth.
- Developing and maintaining documentation for software systems and applications.
- Mentoring junior developers to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
- Optimizing our production systems to be as maintenance-free as possible.

We are now seeking Operations Administrators to support our ever growing customer base and continue to establish VinAudit.com as a world class vehicle database company. You would be joining a team of around 50+ individuals who work remotely and globally including in the United States, Canada, the Philippines, India and Pakistan, and China.
Work Setup:
Location: Remote in the Philippines, supporting North America based business
Core Support Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Pacific Time (US)
Weekend Support Hours: 1 - 2 hours on Weekends to answer urgent customer calls. This weekend hours may be offset by taking equal time off on weekdays.
Compensation and Benefits:
$4 / Hour

Responsibilities:
Providing customer service through support tickets, replying emails and answering customer's inquiries and complaints over phone
Billing, invoicing, payment collecting
Communicating with clients, suppliers, and vendors
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solved customer service issues promptly
Organizing documentation for recurring business processes
Conducting in-depth web research on various topics
Other administrative responsibilities over time
Qualifications:
Strong background in Customer Service
Strong organizational skills
Strong team spirit
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Detail oriented with an eye for perfection
Savvy with computers + able to pick up software independently
Understanding how to use excel / google sheet, using formulas to automate calculations and links
Being consistently + independently productive with minimum supervision
Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
Available 100% exclusively (no other commitments)
Stable internet connection (with a potential backup connection available)
Available during US business hours (must be comfortable working graveyard shifts!)
