We're seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and executing strategic digital marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve our marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the SEO Specialists to develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand their online behavior.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media advertising.
- Develop engaging content (written, and visual) for various digital marketing channels (website, social media, email).
- Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline workflows and improve campaign performance.
- Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Generate regular reports to track progress, measure ROI, and inform future marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices (SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing).

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receiving client projects/jobs/quotations and analyzing the requirements.
- Develops project plans and workflows, managing time, budget, resources, and quality control
- Creates and controls localization project budgets, performs cost tracking analysis, ensures timely issuance of purchase orders and invoices, and approves work reports.
- Prospect and target new clients/opportunities.
- Build and maintain an active pipeline.
- Achieve assigned revenue quota.
- Communicate with potential clients via phone calls, emails, etc.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company's services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
- Conduct on-site and remote presentations to potential clients.
- Represent Bayantech at trade shows, expositions, and conferences when necessary.
- Conduct visits to current and prospective clients

Responsibilities
-Identify and aggressively pursue new business opportunities to generate and qualify leads
