Requirements
- At least 3 years proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Relevant tertiary qualification required
- Experience selling APIs
- Experience in SaaS sales, preferably enterprise software
- Experience within FinTech/Stablecoin industry preferred
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

Senior Paralegal (FinTech/Stablecoins/Cryptocurrency/Remote)

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a paralegal with a leading global or African law firm (in-house work experience a plus)
- Relevant educational degrees and professional certifications
- Proficient in Google apps, Microsoft Office, and legal software/applications
- Experience supporting the incorporation of foreign companies (e.g. apostilles, etc.)
- Experience designing and managing electronic records and virtual data rooms
- Experience supporting a diverse group of in-house lawyers
- Fluent in English (French plus)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all company secretary functions at the parent and its subsidiaries
- Maintain a comprehensive filing and recordkeeping system for all contracts, legal correspondence,
- litigation/arbitration documentation, constitutional and other official corporate documents, etc.
- Support the commercial onboarding and finance functions by designing and administering self-service
- “portals” for easy access to requirement KYB documentation
- Maintain a database of a wide variety of templates
- Coordinate the contract review and approval process
- Participate in relevant meetings and prepare related documentation
- Manage administrative/invoicing relationships with external law firms
- Generally support the in-house legal team

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Certificate of Higher Education
- Previous experience in call/assistance centres is desirable but at least in telephone customer services
- Fluent in English and German
- Able to work in shifts including nights
- South African ID or South African Permanent Residency Holder

Responsibilities
- Handle any inbound or outbound communication related to assistance.
- These communications can be with a policyholder, medical and technical providers, agents, customers and other client offices.
- Register all communications and taken actions in the systems provided by the company (Globo, Outlook, telephone system and others)
- Register and adjust reserves for services requested when necessary, up to the authorised financial limit.
- Coordinate adequately all logistics arrangements locally and internationally.
- Coordination with the Medical Team according to the escalation process
- Have a good knowledge of all products, be able to fast, and efficiently check policy terms and conditions required for the case.
- Be able to understand available provider networks and identify preferred providers in different countries adequate for an ongoing case.
- Be able to identify possible fraud cases, high cost cases and involvement of other insurance companies and bring them to the attention of the Team Leader/Supervisor/ AC Manager
- Follow the customers’ guidelines and Service Level Agreements (SLA) according to regulations and GDPR Instructions.
- Be able to adequately respond to oral and written complaints.
- Alert all potential major complaints to AC management.
- Assist other team members, if necessary, for phone calls, e-mails and case handling required specific language expertise.
- Work in a close coordination with his/her senior colleagues (senior coordinator, team leaders)
- Upon AC and EC management request, to conduct other functions related to the assistance centre activity
