Facilities Assistant
Brighton Solutions is seeking a Facilities Assistant to support various building repairs and upgrades for a commercial property in Country Club Hills.
In this capacity, you will be working closely with the Facilities and Operations leadership to support a variety of building repairs and upgrades to ensure a safe workplace.
General experience with commercial property repair and maintenance is required. This position is initially intended to be for 3-6 months, but it is possible it can convert into a permanent role.

Purchaser / Buyer - specialized in PCB Electronics and Electrical Components
Brighton Solutions is leading a search for a Purchaser or Buyer to add to a dynamic team within a strong organization.
This position is based in San Jose, CA at a regional office and PCB manufacturing facility. The Buyer is responsible for:
- Procuring Printed Circuit Boards (PCB's)
- Procuring the various electrical components and materials required for the development process
- Monitor and manage the supply chain flow and dynamics and ensuring that the products/materials purchased meet quality standards and the process of purchasing falls within company quality guidelines
- Other related areas of support and contribution
In support of this role, we are seeking an individual with:
- 3-10 years of related experience as a buyer or strategic sourcer of printed circuit board electronics components and materials
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or related field
- Inventory Management experience
- PCB-related Documentation and quality control standards awareness
- Strong negotiation skills with suppliers

We are searching for a detail-oriented and personable insurance office assistant. Your main responsibility will be supporting our agents by helping walk-in customers, taking phone calls, checking emails, calling late payments, collecting information, answering questions and directing customer inquiries to the appropriate person. Job seekers should be organized professionals who bring positive, problem-solving energy to the office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails to help customers solve problems quickly and direct their inquiries to the right person
- Perform administrative duties, such as organizing paperwork, filing and distributing office mail, to ensure our office runs efficiently
- Call customers with late payments and process billing information
- Collect complete and accurate information from customers calling to get insurance quotes
- Adapt to the team needs and assist with other projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Must have high school diploma or GED, some college experience preferred
- Possesses basic computer skills such as word-processing and the ability to use Microsoft Word & Excel
- Willing to obtain insurance license (training and exam fees paid by agency)
- Proven track record of strong organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in customer service or insurance industry preferred
