Presales Manager
Role Objective
Managing a team of Presales Engineers to execute a number of Projects & Pre-sales activities. Presales activities involve procedures and initiatives a company's sales force implements before selling products. Pre-sales Manager carries out the company strategy to improve products and work with sales personnel to meet client requirements.
Role Responsibilities
- Managing Team of Presales Engineers
- Coaching & training team of Presales Engineers and Account Managers
- Conducting Professional demos and presentations for End users/ clients
- Investigating new technologies and third party components and staying on top of technology to innovate new products and services.
- Maintaining good relationship with vendor representatives.
- Awareness /Understanding of Products competitors portfolios.
- Informing PM with products update and Assist them in setting selling strategies based on technical use.
- Transmitting Technical knowledge to Partners
- Setting Stock Strategy/ Forecast
- Gaining / developing Technical know-how through trainings & on-line sessions
- Weekly Reporting.
- Responsible of company certification and needed exams to his team.

Background, Experience, Qualifications
University Degree: Engineering Faculty or Computer Science
Certificate in Networking (i.e. CCNP, CCNA, ARUBA,etc)
Experience: 7-10 years as Presales

Electrical Engineer
Scope and main activities:
Candiaite is responsible for the design ,development and maintaining of all the electrical components of the factory from the panels to the electrical diagrams.
In particular, deals with:
- Define the P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram)
- Design production electrical diagrams for the orders, or assigned parts of the order.
- Generate the bill of materials
- Draw up the order documentation
- Conduct in-house testing of electrical panels.
- Update the technical documentation with respect to any changes occurred during the production/installation process
- Constantly updating oneself on technical/technological innovations in the sector
- Conduct continuous improvement activities with respect to the product and the development process.
Hard skills:
- Knowledge of electromechanics and industrial automation
- Knowledge of the basic logic of electrical design of systems
- Basic knowledge of machinery safety regulations (Atex directive)
- Knowledge of electrical design CAD, in particular ELCAD or EPLAN
- Knowledge of the MS Office package

Requisition:
- High school diploma in mechanical, mechatronics, electrical engineering or degree in equivalent subjects

IT Support Technician
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The Support Technician will:
- Participate and contribute to large-scale projects with occasional supervisory responsibilities as required;
- Conducting the setup and maintenance of the Company networking infrastructure, including but not limited to networks, wifi access points, firewalls/anti-virus, office equipment, Microsoft servers, UPSs and switches;
- Carry out routine networking and routing as required;
- Carry out cabling for IT and telephone systems jobs;
- Liaise with external suppliers on maintenance, managing issues through to resolution;
- Provide proactive first-line support for staff with timely assistance for all support enquiries;
- Support the IT Senior Technician & Manager in disaster recovery or system down situations;
- Conduct the backup schedule and restore any data as required;
- Set up new users and process leavers in accordance with agreed IT procedures;
- Carry out other reasonable work-related requests as directed by the Line Manager.
REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
- Previous IT experience in an IT service delivery team or MSP required.
- Relevant IT qualifications such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent and Microsoft certifications are essential.
- Vendor certifications in M365, EntraID, WatchGuard, Veeam, StorageCraft and Mimecast would be an advantage.

Front Desk Executive
Responsibilities
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.

Role Description :
A senior role within the developer's construction department. Manage and oversee that projects are delivered on budget, on time, and with the desired quality. Develop a course of action that manages risk, time and quality. Have the necessary leadership to maintain complete control and transparency from the start of a project to it's completion.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience with Trakhees and DDA and Dubai Municipality.
- 15+ years experience in construction ( High Rise Tower )
- Experience covering the full project cycle from inception to completion
- Experience in pre and post contract administration.
