Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot onsite issues with office devices and systems (Wi-Fi, firewall, etc.)
- Manage IT asset inventory and warranty claims
- Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, or ticket system
- Diagnose and resolve common technical issues (network connectivity, software updates, etc.)
- Document support cases and ensure resolution satisfaction
- Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
- Set up user accounts and ensure security compliance
- Provide basic training on hardware and software usage
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software (Windows, Mac, etc.), and networking concepts
- Understanding of IT security principles (firewall, antivirus, etc.)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) preferred but not required

In this position, you will be part of the training team of HR School, HR Certification Trainings or HR Bootcamps.
More specifically, you will:
- Interview students and understand their personal needs and goals in order to contribute to the creation of their personal educational plans,
- Provide guidance to students with Q&A, clarifications, tasks and assignments and monitor their progress,
- Perform market research in the area of HR exploring new products, technology tools, open jobs and new HR skills,
- Cooperate closely with other team members and departments.
Ideally this is you!
- Previous experience of 2-5 years in HR roles or HR hands-on training
- Familiarity with HR Metrics & HR Analytics
- Excellent written, verbal, & presentation skills in English and Greek
- Able to adapt and reprioritise in a fast moving environment
