Marketing Associate
The position of a Marketing Associate has the following responsibilities:
Generate comprehensive reports on marketing activities, insights and analysis.
Develop and prepare engaging presentations, email marketing campaigns, and informative company newsletters.
Update and maintain the company's website and various social media platforms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns using Online CRM Platforms, coordinating efforts across multiple channels.
Organize and facilitate the company's participation in community events to enhance brand visibility and promote the organization's offerings.
Conduct thorough internet research to gather relevant information and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
The Successful Applicant

Demonstrated strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, CRM tools and marketing creative applications.

Researcher
The position of a Researcher has the following responsibilities:
- Taking Job Briefs from Senior Consultants for active positions, asking accurate questions to be able to target the right individuals to the right career opportunities.
Preparing market mappings assigned by respective Senior Consultants
Actively working for the Senior Consultants on sourcing, shortlisting, screening and briefing executives.
Putting together high-level information packs for executives to better understand the client, role and job market in the region.
Maintaining pipeline to update progress on each role being on across various clients which serves as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Updating the records of active executives on our ATS.
Managing evaluation processes between clients and executives.
Preparing and scheduling meetings between clients and executives.

The position of a Recruitment Consultant has the following responsibilities:
Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client target companies;
Identifying and approaching suitable Passive Executives;
Receiving and preparing executive assessment report, managing briefing and creating a shortlist of executives for the client;
Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client;
Organizing and conducting meetings between clients and executives;
Building relationships with client in order to gain a better understanding of their growth needs and long-term requirements.
Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of professionals placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated.
