Overview:
- As a locum Physician, Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with our client, you will be accountable for treating both scheduled and walk-in work-related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
Job description:

Consider joining a talented team of engineering professionals with our client, based in Fenton, MO. They specialize in HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator) design, construction and supply of equipment and solutions in the power industry worldwide.
Seeking an Entry Level Structural Engineer to join the Structural Engineering Team. This team is responsible for performing design functions specific to the structural/mechanical engineering scope for Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) and completing all relevant design calculations for development of final drawings for the fabrication and supply of structural/mechanical components of the HRSG. Our offices are located in Fenton, MO. The expectation is that this will be a hybrid position depending on business needs.
Job Summary:
Perform design functions specific to the structural engineering scope for HRSG (Heat Recover Steam Generators) to suit the needs of customer requirements. Completes all relevant design calculations for development of final drawings for the fabrication and supply of structural components.
Routine Decision Making/Problem Solving:
Design decisions based upon good practices with understanding of core structural/mechanical concepts. Resolves customer questions, supplier/fabricator requests for changes and scope modifications.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Performs design calculations specific to structural scope.
- Reviews final drawings representing the designs generated.
- Performs development work associated with Design Guides & Layout Guidelines, and Engineering Policies focused on improvements.
- Works with contractors to review designs and provide detailed comments and questions.
- Works with customers and other departments for communication needs, clarification and justification of designs and follow-up information.

Position Overview:
The Orthopaedic Nurse Practitioner provides continuous and comprehensive healthcare services necessary for the promotion of optimal orthopedic health, prevention and treatment of orthopedic conditions to adolescents and adults. This includes the assessment, diagnosis, and management of orthopedic disorders. The Nurse Practitioner collaborates with others in the department to assure smooth flow of exceptional patient care.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Practices under protocol established for the Nurse Practitioner role consistent with organization policy and in accordance with requirement set forth by the Mississippi Board of Nursing.
- Conducts age appropriate assessments of patients, including taking medical history and physical examination. Reviews medical record for follow up or ordering of diagnostic studies according to established protocols.
- Consults with supervising physician or other clinicians as dictated by patient need and assessment findings.
- Participates with physicians and other clinicians in the department to assure operational efficiency and effectiveness and to promote consistency and continuity of care.
- Establishes effective working relationships with members of the clinical team, patients, and families.
- Delegates appropriately and coordinates duties/activities of clinical team members.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Master of Science in Nursing
- Current license to practice Nursing in the state of MS.
- Current license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse in the state of MS.
- Current prescriptive authority in the State of MS.
- 5+ years experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- 3+ years' experience in orthopedics or musculoskeletal specialty

Job Summary and Responsibilities
- Provide diagnosis and treatment of occupational injuries and/or illnesses, conduct pre-placement/post-offer
- Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) required examinations
- Management of treatment plan and return to work for work related injuries including transitional work opportunities
- Review confidential medical documents to address work status issues
- Medical screening for the health effects of occupational health hazards
- Responds to urgent, non-work-related medical conditions that occur in the workplace.
Experience & Skills
- Experience in disability, leave and absence management administration (minimum of 5 years' experience) as a clinical leader
- Occupational health management experience as an employer is preferred
- Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
- Strong presentation skills, including the ability to provide formal presentations to clients on a regular basis
- Strong computer skills, including using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and basic data analysis and interpretation
- Experience in clinical claim auditing and clinical quality measurement.
- Effective teaching skills and experience in providing training
- Experience working as a member of an integrated team
Qualifications
- Must hold a medical license from the Mississippi State Board of Medical Licensure
- DEA license
- Board certification in Occupational Health, preferred. Family Practice & Orthopedic Physicians considered.
