Freelance Firewall administrator
We're looking for a Firewall Administrator to work as a freelancer for an important project based just outside of Munich (North). This is an 8 month freelance project, which will be on-site to begin with, then remove to fully remote work after set-up. There is potential for extensions.
You must speak English to a fluent business level. We're looking for someone with at least 5 years worth of experience. The day-rate for this position is between 350-420 Euros per day, depending on experience.

Freelance Communications Consultant
We're looking for a Communications consultant to join us on a freelance project for an exciting consultancy in Luxembourg. The ideal person will have solid experience with tech, ideally with some coding & dev knowledge. This is a remote position for a 12 month contract, with an expected day-rate between 300-350 Euros per day.
Functions/ Requirements:
Bachelors degree in a technical field (e.g. any IT Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) or in a functional field (e.g. Communications, Public Relations, Business, etc.);
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Experience in public relations and related communication matters;
Knowledge of digital marketing channels and communication strategies;
Demonstrate attention to detail and adherence to predefined processes;
Experience with stakeholder management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills is strongly desired;
Strong analytical skills to assess stakeholder interests, concerns, and levels of influence;
Experience in planning and project management in a complex project.
Extreme attention to detail both of an editorial (formatting, spacing, alignment, consistent use of fonts, correct links, etc.) and substantive nature (ability to check all the content and spot anything wrong)

Freelance Senior Windows Technical Admin
We're looking for a Senior Windows Technical Admin for a freelance project based in Luxembourg for an ASAP start. This is a 12 month contract for a on-site position.
The senior administrator must be able to solve complex Windows issues and investigate Windows problems. You will be responsible for the life cycle of the Windows servers at the operating system level from its installation to its decommission. You must also check daily reports regarding the health of the Windows servers and the System Centre infrastructure.
Functions/ Requirements:
SCCM
-Daily operations support of Enterprise SCCM Infrastructure.
-Create and distribute applications, collections, custom reports within SCCM system.
-Troubleshoot and remediate all failed SCCM deployments, client errors.
-Administer the SCCM tool set back end to ensure the system is performing as designed and optimum health based on Microsoft SCCM guidelines.
-Maintain SCCM core components, settings and software application delivery.
-Manage and administer SCCM client health including processes ensuring client communications.
-Efficiently execute product installations, product upgrades, patch installations and hot fix installations.
-Maintain and recommend maintenance window guidelines based on customer needs, bestpractices and industry / Microsoft proven methodology.
-Handle system imaging, application packaging and testing.
SCOM
- Analyzes, logs, tracks and resolves software/hardware matters issues.
- Monitors to isolate and diagnose common system problems; documents system events to ensure continuous functioning. Recommends course of action and implements as approved.
- Implementing notifications, subscriptions and alerting mechanisms
- Resolving incidents.
- Implementing and modifying management packs.
- Implementing performance captures.
- Perform administrative tasks and maintenance plans for the entire System Center Operations Manager infrastructure.
- Create and maintain monitoring and notification rules.

Freelance KMS Specialist
We're looking for a KMS Specialist (Key Management System) as a freelance to join us on a one year contract for an exciting consultancy-based position. This is an on-site position, requiring someone based in Luxembourg. The rate for this position is between 325-375 Euros per day.
The KMS specialist will participate in design, implementation, operation of the new solution including handing over the activity.
Functions/ Requirements:
- Ability to create both current state and future state solution architecture documents.
- Detailing platforms, technologies used integration and communication methods into and out of an application.
- Participate in projects to evaluate, design and deploy a Key Management Services relying on a Hardware Security Module platform on its potential usage scenarios (i.e. application based encryption or signing, encryption of virtualized infrastructures, encryption of communications based on keys managed by the platform among others).
- Supporting engineering activities, as identified, and facilitating the transition of engineering products into the operational environment
- Administering the Key Management Service (KMS) and the associated Hardware Security Modules (HSM)

Technologies/Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Information Technology.

Freelance Process & Major Incident Manager
We're looking for a Process and Major Incident Manager to join is as a freelancer for a 12 month freelance contract based in Luxembourg. The day-rate for this position is between 300-348 Euros per day.
The responsibilities are wide ranging including being the team lead, managing and coordinating Service Improvement initiatives and providing guidance to the team as appropriate. Interact with leadership, peers and customers: Assess and determine IT service request infrastructure and delivery requirements. Identify and escalate problems; provide administration, support for the team; including 3rd party.
Functions/ Requirements:
- Prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced environment.
- Manage a team of technical individuals, goals and objectives, ensuring mentoring and assistance.
- Design, deploy, and maintain ITIL processes.
- Monitors the performance of processes and composes reports.
- Develop initiatives for continuous process improvements.

- 8-10 years of experience in information systems operations environment in systems analysis or development.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion.
- Extremely organized, attention to details, great with time management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to analyze trends, understand and interpret data.
- Reasonable depth of exposure/understanding of Business Continuity Management processes and best practices.
