Job Overview:
As a Water and Sewer Foreman, you will play a key role in supervising on-site teams, ensuring safety compliance, and contributing to the successful completion of water and sewer projects. This full-time position offers a dynamic and rewarding experience with attractive incentives.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead on-site teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
Coordinate with the Site Services Superintendent to plan and organize work schedules, materials, and equipment.
Conduct regular inspections to guarantee work meets industry standards and project specifications.
Provide hands-on expertise in water and sewer construction, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain effective communication.
Build and foster a positive work environment for the water and sewer team.
Strong knowledge of scheduling and planning (2-week look ahead) plan for manpower, material, and equipment.
Completion of daily reports outlining, manpower, equipment, job tasks, and productivity.
Complete administrative duties on-site, including timesheets, deliveries, daily logs, and any other documentation as required.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Water and Sewer Foreman or similar role with 3+ years of experience.
In-depth knowledge of water and sewer construction processes, regulations, and safety protocols.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
Proficient in managing resources efficiently to meet project goals.
