Responsibilities:
- Prepare the bar area for the service and keep it clean and tidy.
- Prepare cocktails and serve all beverage in a courteous manner.
- Have a sound knowledge of beverage and be able to describe the various cocktails to help guest with their order.
- Help set up and prepare functions areas.
- To report any complaints to the Barman A in charge or Head Barman.

Requirements:
- Previous relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of Greek and English language. Knowledge of Russian Language will be considered as advantage.

Real Estate Officer
On behalf of our client, Andreas Demetriades & CO LLC a leading law firm in Paphos, we are seeking for an immediate hire an experienced Real Estate Officer.
To ensure the smooth running of the Real Estate function and timely and efficient completion of all the Land Registry Department, Tax Office obligations and tasks that arise from any Real Estate transaction.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Filing of Land Registry Department applications
- Visiting the Land Registry Department, island wide for completion of Real Estate transactions
- Visiting any District Office, island wide to obtain official plans and permits
- Filing and completing any Tax Office, island wide necessary for completing Real Estate and probate transactions
- Visiting the Tax Office for the Tax Clearance Procedure and for stamping any Agreement including probate transactions
- Preparation, submission and follow up until completion, of reduced VAT applications (island wide)
- Preparation, submission and follow up until completion, of Council of Ministers applications (island wide)
- Coordinate with all interested parties for the completion of Real Estate Transactions and Title Deed transfers
- Investigate legal status of properties with land registry officers
- Preparation and filing of all documentation from Litigation Department (real estate related e.g. issue a memo)
- Sending emails for booking a Title Deed transfer
- Completion of shared checklists for document submissions
- Comply with instructions issued by lawyers
- Comply with corporate code of conduct
- To travel to external locations as per management directions
4. Qualifications, knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Secondary school leaving certificate / Secretarial studies / office management
- At least two years experience in a similar position
- The ability to work under pressure
- Excellent knowledge of Greek & very good knowledge English language (spoken & written)
- Excellent communication skills

Lifeguard Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Supervises swimming activities at the aquatics facility and ensures that policies, guidelines, and safety procedures are followed.
- Warns swimmers of improper activities or danger and enforces pool regulations and water safety policies.
- Administers first aid in the event of injury, rescues swimmers in distress or danger of drowning, and administers CPR and/or artificial respiration, if necessary.
- Evaluates conditions for safety and initiates aquatics emergency action plan as required.
- Inspects pool facilities, equipment, and water to ensure that they are safe and usable.
- Supervises and assists in cleaning the pool and related facilities and equipment, assists with chlorine residual water tests and with records and charts of water tests and records of accidents, and adds chemicals to pool water as directed.
- Instructs or assists classes in fundamentals of swimming as needed.
- Resolves scheduling conflicts to ensure safe pool environment when competing programs/priorities require use of aquatic facilities.
Lifeguard Qualifications / Skills:
- Knowledge and ability to evaluate water conditions at aquatics facilities, at the beach/ocean, or other offsite natural pools, streams, or rivers to determine any potential dangers or hazards
- Ability to adjust programs as necessary to ensure the safety of the visitors and other staff
- Swimming proficiency and comfort in all types of water conditions
- Ability to judge and evaluate evolving dynamics of individuals participating in aquatic activities to immediately assess their capabilities and threats to their safety
- Knowledge of on-site protocols, operational procedures, and safety policies
- Knowledge of methods and techniques for providing on-site emergency medical services
