Customer Service Specialist

We are looking to bring on new Remote Customer Experience Specialists. Our Specialists are extremely valuable as they are the main point of contact for clients. They are responsible for creating unique travel itineraries, processing payments, and updating clients regarding their travel. They have access to the top travel vendors, such as Expedia, Delta Vacations, American Airlines Vacations, Carnival, Royal Caribbean and Disney, to name a few.
We have trainings available at all times making it flexible for those with prior commitments.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain open communication with clients regarding their travel
- Research top travel destinations and curate individualized itineraries
- Discuss client travel needs/preferences and create itineraries to fit their preferences
- Promote/advertise specialized travel deals across varying platforms
- Stay up to date with travel news
- Connect with travel leaders
- Attend travel trainings and/or monthly meetings, as necessary
- Use judgement when it comes to budget and client preferences
- Attend daily trainings to become more knowledgeable in travel news, updates and/or restrictions
- Promote current travel deals and perks via social media or varying platforms
- Complete and maintain travel certifications
Qualifications:
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma
- Customer Service experience (1 year or more)
- Must be coachable and willing to learn

Our Travel Consultant business opportunity prepares you to act as a liaison, provide travel product/services information, answer travel/destination questions, and resolve any emerging problems that clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Your main goal is to treat clients professionally and exceptionally while coordinating their travel requests.
The best Consultants are genuinely excited to help clients. Theyre patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk and understand the value of good communication skills. Problem-solving also comes naturally due to the ever changing travel industry. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigating if they dont have enough information to answer client questions or resolve complaints.
Responsibilities Include:
- Research travel locations for clients and organize their specialized itineraries
- Identify and assess clients needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete travel documents
- Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of client interactions, process client accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Promote current travel deals and perks via social media or varying platforms
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Access to smartphone, laptop/desktop, tablet
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
