AE_EN Data Entry ( Part - Time )
Responsible for entering information into databases and software programs. Tasks include inputting alphabetic and numeric information using a keyboard or optical scanner, uploading data from external sources, and transcribing audio and video content.
o Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of demographic, financial, and/or customer data before it is entered.
o Compares data with source documents and utilizes documentation verification formats to detect and correct recording and data entry errors and reports them to supervisors as needed.
o Maintains operational records and logs of activities and work completed.
o Adheres to organizational processes to maintain data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
o Establishes entry priorities by following organizational processes or conferring with team leadership.
o Verifies customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, recovering, or reentering data.
o Purges files to eliminate duplication of data.
o Secures information by completing database backups.
o Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
o Looks for ways to improve data collection processes, including the design of forms and templates, for data entry.

Telesales Agent
We need you
- To conduct in-depth analysis and to create business opportunities through ways of telesales or other forms of communications to acquire new customers within assigned country and region; To promote full range of products and overall solutions of world-renowned cloud solutions provider, and to ensure excellent customer experience.
- To understand customers' industries, characteristics and needs, followed by developing sales plans and producing sales forecasts using internal and external resources and processes. To also manage sales activities, process and track effective orders, and achieve the company's sales targets;
- You will act as the brand ambassador of the product, strive to continuously improve the international popularity of the brand and help establish a good brand image.
What we are expecting from you
- College degree or above, candidates with major in computer science/ marketing will be considered in priority;
- We are expecting that you have sales experience /IT industry working experience or telephone sales experience;
- English and Tagalog are the main working languages for this position, and we are expecting that you are fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing for both of these languages;
- Strong communication ability / logical thinking ability and coordination ability will be required in our daily job;
- Positive, Able to work in a highly pressured environment is a must for this position. You will also be expected to have strong work enthusiasm and good team consciousness
- Amenable to work full time onsite ( Ortigas, Pasig )
Desktop Support
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PC and Windows environment troubleshooting and diagnostics, user connection troubleshooting, network troubleshooting, Office365 knowledge, cloud technology, and experience with ticketing systems. The Technical / Desptop Support will oversee and ensuring timely and efficient resolution of IT issues while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, they should be proficient in supporting the latest IT environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced technical issues, including firewalls, switches, Windows servers, cloud environments such as Azure, account setup, network configuration, application support, Active Directory management, and security incident response.
- Communicate regularly with assigned clients to ensure service quality meets their expectations.
- Provide critical incident management, acting as the liaison between clients and technical teams during outages and other significant events.
- Attend client meetings to support Senior Management on an ad hoc basis as necessary.
- Ensure necessary arrangements are in place to maintain or recover the delivery of systems and services in the event of any physical, technical, or environmental disaster or major outage, providing continuity of service to the client organization.
- Document troubleshooting processes and follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional.
- Lead and manage the technical support team, providing guidance, training, and support to team members.
- Diagnose and fix problems with MS Windows operating systems, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Assist users with connection issues to ensure seamless network connectivity.
- Provide support and administration for Office365, including email and collaboration tools.
- Manage and support cloud technologies and services, ensuring smooth operation and integration.
- Oversee the ticketing system, ensuring all support requests are logged, tracked, and resolved promptly.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical or desktop support,
- Experience and understanding of Routing, Cisco Network Switches, Firewalls, and VPN.
- Experience working in a service provider environment
- Proficient in diagnosing and fixing MS Windows operating system issues.
- Solid understanding of user connection troubleshooting and network basics.
- In-depth knowledge of Office365 administration and support.
- Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and services.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
