New Business Development
My client is a forward-thinking marketing firm based in Dayton, Ohio, dedicated to delivering innovative marketing solutions to businesses across various industries with a focus on creativity, data-driven strategies, and client satisfaction.
Position Overview: The New Business Development Representative will help expand our clientele. You will be at the front of the company and be dedicated to creating and applying an effective sales strategy. Your goal will be to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas,
trends, customers, products, and services.
Generate leads and cold-call prospective customers.
Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone.
Understand your customers' needs and respond effectively with a plan to meet
them.
Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives to
develop and improve the business.
Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning to implement operational
changes.
Have a good understanding of the businesses products or services and be able
to advise others about them.
Train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate.
Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven working experience, with at least three years experience as a business
development manager, sales executive, or relevant role.
Proven sales track record.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Market knowledge.
Communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport.
Time management and planning skills.
Must be based in Dayton, OH or willing to relocate.

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and coordinate electrical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project goals and objectives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical installation with commercial and Multi-Unit residential facilities, project management, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
**Duties:**
- Manage and coordinate electrical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Interpret and apply relevant building codes, such as the NEC, to ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
- Oversee the installation of electrical systems, including wiring, circuit breakers, and electrical panels.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure that electrical designs and installations meet project requirements.
- Conduct site visits to inspect and evaluate the quality of electrical work.
- Ensure that all electrical work follows applicable electrical codes and industry standards.
- Manage and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that electrical materials and labor are procured promptly and cost-effectively.
- Manage and maintain project records and documentation, including blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
- Coordinate with the construction team to ensure electrical installations are integrated into the overall build process.
- Develop and maintain a project management system, including software like ProCore, to track project progress and ensure all stakeholders are informed of project status.
- Ensure that all electrical projects are completed under the project budget and timeline.

- Strong background in electrical and project management.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, including the NEC.
