Social Media Marketing Coordinator
Do you have a passion for the property industry? Working for a land development company you will be responsible for the marketing function within a close-knit team. This is a sales-orientated environment, and the marketing coordinator supports the sales team, by developing, creating (or outsourcing) and implementing social media campaigns and traditional marketing such as brochures and flyers. This would suit someone that has hands-on experience creating adverts or has a graphic background. You will be encouraged to be creative and try different approaches to see what works, with the goal to raise brand awareness and ultimately the sale of land estates.
The role included:
- Creation of adverts, for socials, brochures etc, including copy and graphics experience.
- Loading Lot Information into the Database to be able to generate E-Brochures in PDF
- Assisting the Sales Team with competitor analysis and pricing comparisons
- Assisting the Sales Team in generating lead reports & Sales Reports for the GM
- Updating of Site Plans (using photoshop) to indicate sold lots
- Creation of weekly social media campaigns.
- Creation of Monthly E-Newsletters
- When new estates come online, work with an external agency to create marketing materials (Brochures).
- Updating websites for small changes / uploading blogs / Newsletters using WordPress.
Ideally, you will need
- A Degree in Marketing or similar
- Creative skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
Experience with the following programs is beneficial:
- Photoshop
- Canva
- Illustrator
- Excel
- WordPress
This will suit someone that has a passion for property. You must have a love of writing and be creative. This role is working Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5pm, in the office. There is parking available onsite.
The role is paying $80k - 100K + super

Databuild Estimator - Residential Housing
We have a great role within a large national building and development company. This is a great opportunity for a residential estimator with Databuild experience to join a stable environment. Ideally, you will come from a project home background, but you can do whole takeoffs.
- Estimating experience in a volume builder (over 80 per year)
- Intermediate to advanced Databuild skills, including maintaining price files
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously, while still being part of a team.
- Tendering out work in stages
- Knowledge of rates, suppliers and trade in SE Queensland
The salary will be negotiated individually depending on experience.

Customer Service / Building Coordinator - New Homes
Working for this top residential builder you will help their clients on their journey through the building of their new home. You will develop trusting relationships with your clients to ensure their journey is as smooth and stress-free as possible. You will need to have worked for a builder to have a good understanding of the building process, contracts, variations and timeframes.
Internally you will liaise with the building supervisors once it goes to site to ensure that timelines are being followed.
You’ll need to have a good understanding of HIA contracts, permits,and attention to detail to ensure all contractual information is captured.
Ideally, you’ll come for a project home builder who is building over 100 homes for a year, but you will only be looking after up to 30 files at one time. Experience with Framework is ideal but not a pre-requisite.

REVIT Drafter with project home experience
Unique opportunity to join a well-known Sunshine Coast Builder as a Revit Drafter. You will need to have project home experience and be used to working on volume, but also some understanding of civil and development will be useful. The organisation has a unique product and a niche part of the industry that is doing very well at the moment, and there is expected demand for their projects over the next 10-15 years.
You must have experience with producing full sets of drawings.
Other responsibilities include
- Architectural Drafting using Revit
- Documentation for projects
- Ensuring that the company is meeting standards and codes.
- Checking contract drafters' work
- Input into systems and processes to achieve operational excellence
- Working with the development team to come up with solutions

Contracts Administrator
Have you had experience working with townhouse projects? This role is working for the builder in their medium-density department. Reporting to the Project Manager Manager you will look after all the medium-density projects from Gold Coast to Brisbane. This is predominately an onsite role.
We are looking for someone that has great construction knowledge and experience working with developer clients to ensure the best outcomes for both parties. You will be involved in projects from inception to completion, working with the onsite construction team and manager, internally with drafters, estimators and contracts administration team
Key Requirements
- Have worked with an Australian Building company or developer.
- Experience with Medium Density Residential or commercial construction
- Knowledge of design and construction contracts and processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the clients and sub-contractors
- Understanding of in project cost control and management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent computer skills
- Ensure all site safety management and reporting is maintained in accordance with company policies.
- Attention to detail in the maintenance of project documentation
- Experience in South East Queensland market
- Tertiary qualifications in Applied Science (Construction Management) is an advantage
