As an Automotive Production Worker you will be loading automotive parts onto the production line for assembly; You must be capable of lifting and loading parts weigh up to 40 lbs.
Shift: Rotating Days and Afternoons, 2 weeks 615am-345pm, Afternoons 530pm-4am Mon-Thurs & 430pm-1am Fridays
Days $19.00 per hour, and Afternoons $20.00 per hour, OT paid after 40 hours
Paid weekly!
What we seek:
- Experience working in a structured and fast-paced environment
- Previous Manufacturing experience is an asset
- High attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Tolerance for repetitive work tasks
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

- Ability to work a two-shift rotation in addition to required production Saturdays (as required overtime)

The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk on a daily basis and performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. They are typically, the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and customers.
Primary functions and responsibilities are as follows:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries, prepare UPS orders when needed.

- High school degree: additional certification in Office Management is a plus.

The HR Rep is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of HR Department in providing HR and administrative support to production.
Primary Responsibilities include:
- Facilitate new hire orientations and onboarding activities including plant safety tours.
- Review, track and document all attendance, LOA, maternity, vacation and update daily crew lists.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for human resources related matters on your shift.
- Administer WSIB processes, including investigating and completing incident reports, submitting forms, and liaising with supervisors to support early and safe return to work,
- Conduct monthly performance evaluation for employees.
- Prepare weekly and monthly shift reports.
- Process disciplinary procedures with employees not adhering to workplace compliance.
- Enforce safety rules and company policies for your shift.
- Maintain compliance with Canadian laws and employee legislation, Ontario Occupations Health & Safety Act to ensure compliance and best practices are being maintained.
- Follow all H&S rules and regulations, GMP, SOP, and comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented and the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in HR best practices, labour employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast paced preferably manufacturing environment.
- Post-secondary degree in Human Resources preferred.
- Previous experience in recruitment, payroll, and/or benefit administration as asset.

We are currently hiring Certified Forklift operators to work in a fast-paced manufacturing facility with 1-2 years experience operating Counterbalance & High Reach forklifts.
