UI Artist
A bit about this role:
In this role as a UI Artist, you'll creatively shape the visual and interactive aspects of our game interfaces. Collaborate with a dynamic team, employ your artistic skills, and contribute to an engaging user experience. Your design expertise will be pivotal in bringing our games to life.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Collaborate with the product strategy team to develop game interface UI design, drawing, and layout.
- Analyse user behaviour and engagement data to inform design decisions and iterate based on real-world feedback.
- Possess hand-drawing skills, have a personal style, and be willing to experiment with different styles in line with the project.
- Establish and advocate for best UI design practices and standards for the project.
- Create design documentation such as style guides and UI asset libraries to ensure consistency and streamline future design work.
- Focus on the usability of the product, design details, and maintaining visual consistency within the product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and QA testers, to ensure the highest-quality player experience.
- Perform other art production-related tasks.
Youll have:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as a Game UI Artist.
Proven experience in mobile app development
- A portfolio that demonstrates a range of UI design work, specifically for games, with a clear personal style and evidence of user-centred design thinking.
- Passion for games and a deep understanding of good game UI/UX, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
- Proficiency in prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, InVision, Sketch, Adobe XD) to demonstrate and test UI interactions.
- Experience in designing UI for various resolutions and screen sizes, ensuring a seamless experience across all devices.
- Strong understanding of the technical constraints, performance tools, and optimization techniques associated with mobile development.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced development cycle.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- By working with cross-functional teams to create these enhancements, development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous deployment will all be enhanced.
- Automate the provisioning and configuration of infrastructure using tools like Terraform and Ansible to ensure the scalability, dependability, and security of cloud-based systems (like AWS, Azure, and GCP).

Skills and Experience:
- Experience as a DevOps Engineer in building, deploying, and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Along with practical management experience, you should have working knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- In-depth knowledge of orchestration systems and containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes, is necessary for efficient application deployment.
- Knowledge of PCI compliance criteria and practical experience in maintaining PCI certification is ESSENTIAL.
You must be based in Europe, anywhere, including Russia, Lithuania etc.
- If you speak Russian this is advantageous as the team speaks Russian and English.

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Product Marketing Lead who will help drive the success of our user acquisition and retention initiatives.
