We have a pool of companies who are looking to employ someone for the role of Cyber Security Trainee.

The candidate does not need to have any prior experience since all the necessary training required will be provided.

The training is funded by the UK Government and will be delivered online over 80 hours between Mar-23 and Apr-23 by our tutors. If the candidate successfully completes all the training they will be ready to be employed.

This opportunity has come open due to a severe skills shortage we are currently facing.

The primary role of a Cyber Security Trainee incorporates basic administrative tasks related to technology and data security. This includes tasks like organising documents or other digital resources, researching and reviewing the companys current IT policies, and researching new security products and strategies.

If you are looking to enter the digital industry but do not have the experience, skills or qualifications, but are a) analytical, a good problem solver and very competent in numeracy with a good attention to detail, b) willing to work hard to pursue a new career in the digital sector, and c) are a quick learner, then you could be just the person we are looking for.

A Network Engineer is a person responsible for the installation, management, and maintenance of computer networks. This includes designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and monitoring an organisations networks. Network Engineers require knowledge in networking technologies such as routing protocols, firewalls, VPNs (virtual private networks), WAN (wide area network) architectures, IP addressing schemes and switching.

Network Engineers must be able to identify problems quickly and make decisions on complex network issues in order to ensure the reliability of their organisations networks. They may also provide support to end users on related topics such as password resets or configuration changes. In addition to technical knowledge, Network Engineers must have excellent communication skills in order to work with other personnel within their organisation as well as vendors and service providers when necessary.
