CORPORATE SECRETARY IN CORPORATE GOVERNANCE DEPARTMENT
If you would like to:

Responsible for the preparation of documents, submission and completion of announcement of acts, entering and change in the circumstances in the account of the Bank and Group companies in the Commercial Register and Register of Non-profit Legal Entities as well as in other public registers;
Identify and inform members of the Boards, General Managers and Heads of Business Units who are subject to regulatory reporting and/or monitoring. Assist such persons to comply with laws and regulations affecting them as a result of their positions. The assistance may take the form of informative guidance or even help in the completion of relevant forms;
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
University Degree Law/ Economics/ Business Administration/ International Relations;
Experience in a field relevant to corporate governance such as accounting and audit, legal, securities and stock market developments, management consulting or technical assistance;
At least 2 years of relevant experience;
Fluency in English written and spoken;
PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint advanced level;
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure;
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Field System Administrator

Currently, we are supporting a client of ours - an international company that specializes in the development of an extended portfolio for online entertainment, in search of a System Administrator who is willing to join the team on a shifts-based schedule.
What you would be doing:
- Engage on cases quickly and effectively working as part of a close-knit 24/7 team;
- Monitoring streaming equipment through graphics and logs;
- Assuring all encoders and DMs are technically functional at all tables;
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary;
- Keep in touch with the ISP supplier in case of internet connection dysfunctionalities;
- Keep up to date the workstation evidence: users, configurations, and rights allocated on folders;
- Respond in due time at incidents and ensure that there are no violations regarding SLA;
- Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations;
What makes you a strong candidate:
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience;

Cloud Infrastructure Security Engineer Level 2
- Collaborate with the Client Security team for performing any changes in Cloud service operations.
- Perform Runtime activities pertaining to AIP & Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps.

- 5+ years experience in Azure cloud platform as Cloud Security Engineer
- Solid understanding of Cloud Native Security Controls in Azure including Microsoft Defender for Azure, Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, Microsoft Defender for Server, Microsoft Defender for Endpoints.
- Experience with administering of Azure Security & Compliance Center.

Experience & Requirements
- Good knowledge of Bulgarian accounting legislation and NAS
- 6+ years of accounting experience
- Relevant education in Accounting/Finance/Economics (min. bachelors degree)

- Experience in manufacturing will be considered as an advantage
- Good level of English
- Supervise and ensure the accurate preparation of the companys monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Support the accurate and timely execution of external audits, by providing all the required data and reports
- Validate and approve all the monthly and yearly tax liabilities, e.g. VAT, CIT, PIT etc.
- Develop and perform accounting control functions, ensuring that all sub-ledgers are reconciled monthly, e.g. Inventory reconciliation, AP/AR
- Establish and implement accounting practices and financial control policies and procedures to ensure that the accounting system is properly maintained
- Ensure that tax risks resulting from changes in the tax legislation or tax audit practices are properly addressed
- Lead a team of accountants with the possibility to expand
- Ability to make decisions and self-motivate
- Cooperate with other group entities financial staff. Actively participate in intracompany reconciliation, as well as in the preparation of consolidation financial statements on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
