HR Manager (Talent Management)
We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Management Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the talent acquisition process, developing and implementing talent management strategies, and focusing on culture and engagement initiatives. The Talent Management Manager will lead efforts to attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Manage the full recruitment cycle - from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers, including background checks and reference checks, and pre-employment requirement completion - while ensuring that all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborate with hiring managers and the Head of HR to understand staffing/headcount needs, and develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives and attract top talents
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and relationship-building
- Develop and monitor recruitment systems/platforms and procedures across the organization, analyze recruitment data, and provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders\
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and vendors
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience by proactively gathering candidate feedback, and recommending improvements to the candidate experience roadmap
- Work on special projects and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the end-to-end pre and onboarding processes for all employee types (Full-time employees, Interns, Contractors, etc.), and ensure that pre and onboarding activities are delivered seamlessly in a customer-centric way
- Guide new hires to complete pre-employment requirements before onboarding (including statutory registrations for fresh graduates), and ensure 100% compliance with document submission and local compliances
- Facilitate New Hire Orientation for all new hires, and develop and deliver effective onboarding and training programs that support new hires' success and engagement
- Engagement and Employer Branding
- Lead and implement initiatives on all employee engagement activities and company events
- Work closely with the HR Business Partners and HR Head in conducting regular pulse surveys and other employee engagement initiatives to measure and improve employee satisfaction, retention, and overall organizational culture
- Lead employer branding initiatives (from conception and planning to implementation) to attract top talent
- Work on special projects and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Skills and Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Talent Management
- Ability to do end-to-end recruitment with vast experience in executive and technical hiring (planning, sourcing, interviewing, up to offer and onboarding stage)
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies
- Strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding best practices, current trends, and compliances, and conducting top-of-the-funnel recruitment marketing activities (e.g. employer branding, recruitment fairs, etc)
- Relevant experience in culture and engagement
Strong change management skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
An interest in supporting wider HR activities outside of recruitment
Maintain trackers, documentation, and data for merchandising & business development team
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect ensure that merchandising data (eg. product listings, descriptions, etc.) are complete, accurate and updated
Monitor and grow assortment, reviews, and visibility of each brand/category.
Assist the category and merchandising team with all administrative requirements and support activities such as campaigns, promotions, and the like.
Coordinate with technical teams to flag errors and bugs that may affect customer experience
At least 1 year of experience in encoding or administrative assistance role is ideal
Highly organized and detail-oriented
E-commerce experience required

The Retention Analyst will be responsible for analyzing customer data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to increase customer retention. Business Intelligence Manager
- Build, maintain and improve on the infrastructure required for optimal ETL/ELT from a variety of data sources and manages Data Migration
- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, processes include data delivery, process automation, re-designing data infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
- Create and implement algorithms for real-time data processing within the business, and creates the frameworks that enable quick and efficient Data Acquisition
- Develop analytical tools that utilize the data pipeline to generate actionable business insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data-related technical needs and data infrastructure issues
- Create processes and controls to monitor data quality, accuracy, and availability for key stakeholders and business processes that depend on it including maintenance of documentations and best practice assets
- 2 to 6 years of consulting or analytics delivery experience.

Social Media Associate Director
The Social Media Associate Director is overall in-charge of brand development through social media. They must identify target customers, set clear objectives, and build an effective content strategy to engage the audience, increase sessions, and boost conversions. The Social Media Associate Director manages the companys owned platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, Viber, and Twitter.
Scope of Work
- Plan, design, implement and monitor social media marketing campaigns to boost brand image, increase customer engagement and lead to sessions.
- Create, curate and manage social media content, including text, audio, visual, and multimedia formats.
- Engage users with prompt responses, organize competitions, ask questions and cultivate relationships with the brands followers.
- Monitor social media trends, including developments in design, applications, strategy and innovation to stay relevant and effective.
- Monitor performance of marketing plans and provide weekly progress reports to ensure targets are being met.
- Work closely with creatives to achieve social media campaign objectives and increase potential for virality.
- Must be on top of all emerging social media platforms and provide recommendations on potential ways forward.
- Must put strong focus on growth and content development for short form surfaces particularly Tiktok.
- Set and execute the Tiktok Shop strategy which includes Affiliate Marketing and Livestreaming.

- Oversee the relationship management of edamama with its affiliate Facebook groups and communities and actively engage them during campaigns and BAU period.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an editor or marketing lead at a consumer-facing brand or digital agency; experience with e-commerce is a plus
- Passion for and direct experience in the parenting space strongly preferred
- Highly driven, detail-oriented, and creative candidate with good problem-solving and communication skills

Key Account Manager
- Analyze performance & account metrics, and use this information to create data-driven recommendations to improve brand growth & performance
- Manage key accounts, act as a process expert for sellers and maintain good relationships with partner merchants
- Drive overall sales volumes of handled accounts by ensuring pricing competitiveness, assortment, stock availability, listing quality and conducting regular business reviews
- Improve profitability by managing brand margins/commissions and and marketing investments
- Support campaign planning and take ownership of ensuring smooth campaign execution such as planning and maintaining schedules, securing brand deals, mechanics, coordinating with assigned accounts, consolidation of marketing collaterals, etc.
- Monitor and report on sales performance for each brand/seller during Monthly Brand/Seller Review
- Coordinate inventory planning and management to ensure timely replenishment, low OOS or black stock incidences
- Ensure compliance of Sellers/Service Providers to our brand and quality standards
- Work with internal teams to ensure that the product inventories on our site are live and sufficiently stocked
- Provide the Customer Service & Operations teams with needed requirements when needed to resolve merchant & customer concerns
- Improve product listings and support other merchandising initiatives for assigned brands
- Help in other projects within the Category Management and Commercial team
- With at least 2 years of experience in Account Management or a similar role
- Strong relationship management skills
- Experience in operations a plus
- Past experience in account management or customer/vendor service within the eCommerce industry preferred
