Summary
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue and executing the client's sales methods in their designated geographical area. Area Sales Managers responsibilities include presenting the client's products to potential prospects, identifying specific consumer characteristics, and recommending ways to promote and sell the client's products. Ultimately, you will help the client grow their customer base and establish their reputation in your assigned region.
Essential Functions

Develop and utilize all assets, reference sites, Company's clinical specialists, and partner personnel within the Territory to achieve short-term and long-term objectives.
Cross-sell products
Collaborate with sales representatives in and out of assigned territory to share best practices, support a cohesive sales approach to meet individual and group sales quotas. Satisfy all the Company's Customer Care and Finance requirements as established
Provide timely reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually to the Regional Sales Director regarding the status of each lead and sales opportunity in the pipeline through the CRM database (Salesforce).
Build relationships with dermatologists or plastic surgeons (including ASPS, Facial Plastic, Ophthalmic, Plastic and AACS cosmetic surgeons, Urologists, OB/GYN, and private Practice Physicians)
Assist in closing deals with Territory Sales Managers
Mentor and provide support for the Territory Sales Managers.
Carries a quota in the seven figure range
Must be able to close a deal

Position Summary:
The Senior Director of Accounting will play a pivotal role in leading the accounting function within the client's organization. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial/SEC reporting, budgeting/FP&A, external/PCAOB audits, internal audit/SOX, and tax related matters.
They will work closely with the CFO, Senior Director, Accounting and Corporate Controller and other client company leaders to collaboratively support the Company's finance, accounting and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical accounting expertise, and experience building and guiding public ready accounting and finance teams.
This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
In This Role, You Will
- Manage the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, ensuring adherence to accounting standards to meet SEC reporting requirements.
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making. Build and lead Company's budgeting and FP&A function.
- Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies for annual PCAOB audits and compliance reviews, facilitating a smooth audit process and timely resolution of any audit findings.
- Coordinate with external tax consultants on tax compliance, tax provision, transfer pricing, and R&D tax credit efforts.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of accounting operations in area of responsibility.
- Evaluate and implement accounting software and tools to streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices, ensuring the organization remains compliant and adopts relevant updates as needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Senior Director, Accounting and Corporate Controller who oversees AP, T&E, AR, Cost Accounting, G/L Accounting, Internal/Operational Reporting, International Accounting, and Payroll to ensure alignment of accounting activities with organizational goals.
- Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices, ensuring the organization remains compliant and adopts relevant updates as needed.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting roles, with at least 5 years of public accounting experience and 5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Experience having led/guided/built accounting teams through the public offering process in the aforementioned areas of responsibility.
- A thorough understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements; experience with IFRS is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices to optimize accounting operations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; experience with Infor CSI is helpful.
