Detailed Job Description:
Ø reads and interprets drawings, blueprints , and electrical code specifications to determine layouts of industrial electrical equipment installations
Ø test electrical and electronic equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage and resistance
Ø installs examines, replaces or repairs AC/DC motors and drivers ,PLCs 480V power, 120V control circuits, 4160 volt switchgear, transformers, motors, starters ,relays and hydraulic and pneumatic electrical contrails
Ø installs, examines, replaces or repairs electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, fiber optic, and coaxial cables assemblies, lighting fixtures and other electrical components
Ø performs preventive maintenance inspections and testing of various electrical systems(including power distribution equipment)
Ø sizes and installs electrical circuits including panels, wire size and type, conduit , protective devices, switches, and related equipment needed to comply with CEC and/or NEC
Ø quickly repairs electrical failure and replace parts where incorrect applications could cause danger and hazardous conditions
Ø corrects wiring and connections on machinery controls where incorrect applications could cause danger and hazardous conditions
Ø fabricates, installs and/or runs conduit. 3-phase work, motor terminations could cause damage and troubleshooting and panel work
Ø works on systems operating at 240 volts wye, 480volts wye, 480 volts delta, 4160volt switchgear, ammeters and Pcs
Ø conducts preventions maintenance programs and keeps maintenance records
Ø may install, maintain and calibrate industrial instrumentation and related devices
Ø complies with standards and procedures of the medallion health and safety manual and occupational health and safety regulations
Ø must make reasonable efforts in trade advancement
Requirements:
· Must be indentured into the trade
· Must have a flexible work schedule shift work, overtime and weekend availability
· Valid H2S Alive, Standard First Aid, Fall Arrest, Aerial Work Platform and CSO
· Valid class 5 drivers license (clean drivers abstract is an asset with no GDL and 3 year driving history)
· Industrial oil & gas experience is an asset
· Must be able to work in a team environment as well as work independently
· Dedicated to safety, quality and customer service
· Must be reliable and dependable ( i.e. punctual and ready to work)

The rotational shift will involve 15 consecutive days of work, followed by 13 days of time off. Employees will be provided with camp and/or company supplied accommodation during their scheduled days of work. A travel allowance is provided. Applicants can apply from any location across Canada.
Rotational Service Technicians will typically be assigned to branch operations in northern Alberta (Grande Prairie or Fort McMurray) or northern B.C. (Fort St. John).
Rotational Service Technicians are provided with a combination of on the job training and company sponsored training.
Rotational Service Technicians are responsible for product installation, field support and maintenance, equipment repair, customer property management and equipment rentals.
Key position functions include:
· Execute field service requirements such as installation and maintenance of wellhead equipment.
· Provide exceptional customer service and represent the Company in a positive manner.
· Maintain assigned service unit, including tools and spare component requirements.
· Provide customer property repair as required.
· Maintain service record and reports
· Positively respond to customer requirements.
· Strong commitment to workplace Health and Safety.
· Assist with equipment assembly as required.
Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following:
· High School Diploma.
· 1 to 3 years of industry related experience is preferred. Will consider and train those who have mechanical abilities and aptitude.
· Service oriented with strong customer service and problem solving skills.
· Strong work ethic and a demonstrated commitment to safety.
· Self-motivated, able to work independently without direct supervision and as part of a team.
· Sound judgement and decision-making skills.
· Valid Class 1, 3 or 5 drivers license; must be able to provide a current drivers abstract.
· The following types of experience are considered assets:
o Knowledge of wellhead products and energy industry.
o H2S, Fall Arrest, First Aid and CSO Training.
o Thermal wellhead experience.
o Folding Boom Truck Crane 22 tonnes and under ticketed crane, CraneSafe or equivalent certification an asset.

· Process or code all vendor bills Receiving from email to posting
· Process approved tickets and shift to Invoicing
· Invoice completed jobs and ensured payment is done
· Build new jobs and add deliverables to populate invoices correctly
· Manage disputed invoices
· Account Receivable age analysis follow up
· Contact with approvers on Materials and or Labor depending on Customers
· Job Log and Job Set up
Skills:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience with account reconciliation processes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients
