As the Director of Medical Health Care Facilities Management, you will be responsible for Health Care, Hospital Facilities Management that will require a deep knowledge of the entire business and physical planning cycle.
You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, renovation and code compliance of all facilities and provide guidance and supervision of the Maintenance, Construction, Biomedical Service, and Contract Management departments.
You must demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a complex, multi-entity, multi-cultural health system. Ability to facilitate project management, work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and enhance the spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling.
You will plan, organize, implement, evaluate and monitor all facility programs and departments. This will involve identifying problems and process deficiencies in order to develop appropriate and corrective actions. You will ensure the reliability and functionality of all facility assets, services and personnel and staffing, service and equipment recommendations based on space, demand and productivity metrics.
Overseeing financial, technical and administrative operations within the health care organization, review monthly financial statements and operational reports in order to provide facility shareholders with concise updates.
Working knowledge of standard regulatory compliance and guidelines, including TJC, OSHA, State, and local laws is required. Familiarity with JCAHO, NYSDOH and related regulatory requirements.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication (written and oral), analytical, and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with the public in a professional and courteous manner. Computer literacy required with word processing, spreadsheets, power point
Strong technical knowledge of environmental services and how to effectively utilize resources.

- The Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of safety and health on the job sites.

Requirements for Manufacturing Engineer Food Manufacturing
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum of Two (2) Years of related work experience
- Food Manufacturing Experience
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and techniques
- Proficiency with CAD/CAM software

We are seeking a full-time, permanent Manufacturing Engineer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing efficient manufacturing processes and systems. The Manufacturing Engineer will work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure the highest quality of products and processes.
Career Opportunity Manufacturing Engineer
As the Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for focusing on optimizing interconnected components of a manufacturing system. We seek a professional who will develop and apply engineering standards and procedures, providing advice on issues within the engineering field. In this role, you will help coordinate plant location, personnel workflow and ergonomics, materials logistics, production process sequence and equipment layouts.
Key Accountabilities
Help manufacturing plant and facilities engineers with facility planning and design. Help conduct cost/inventory/production control and human factors studies to develop and implement plans for facility modifications and revise operating methods. Establish methods to maximize use of production facilities and personnel. Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. Other duties as assigned.
Key Accountabilities
- Strong experience with evaporators, filtering, pumps and pipe sizing.
- Plan, design and estimate time and cost, overseeing construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, systems and components.
- Analyze and develop solutions to engineering problems related to manufacturing equipment and systems or the causes of component failures.
- Design and improve manufacturing processes, instruments and equipment, testing manufactured products to maintain quality.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
