We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Creative Rookie to join our team. As a Creative Rookie, you'll be an integral part of our collaborative team, gaining insights into the creative process, refining your skills, and creating impactful designs. This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your design career with guidance from experienced professionals.

What youll do:

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with our client's objectives

• Assist with the design and production of marketing materials, including graphics, videos, social media content, and print materials
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends and insights that inform our creative approach
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of creative briefs
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand assets and guidelines.
• Provide general support to the creative team, as needed

What youll bring:

• A degree in a relevant field such as graphic design, marketing, or communications
• Strong design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Knowledge of current design and social media trends
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• A passion for creativity and a willingness to learn
