Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of financial data, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards and reports to track and monitor business performance.

Qualifications:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools.
- Knowledge of financial markets, products, and regulatory requirements.

SVP, Sales (APAC)
Responsibilities:
- Establishes and maintain relationships and effectively communicate with customers, especially C-level profiles, business unit leaders and senior management to raise visibility and ensure collaboration with appropriate key stakeholders
- Develops annual sales plan in support of FPT strategy and objectives
- Identifies and works with Executive Management to recognize internal and external opportunities and solutions
- Defines and executes strategies to support the vision and leadership of FPT
- Ensures communications are coordinated and supports sales plan objectives

Requirements:

- Experienced in managing a portfolio of 40M USD and above
- Experienced in signing a single large deal (TCV) 30M USD and above
- Has been working for large IT Services companies
- Determines gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas and projecting expected sales volumes.
- Maintains sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and supply and demand.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

Vice President of Presales - Insurance
Position Overview:
The Vice President of Presales - Insurance at FPT Asia Pacific is a senior-level individual contributor role responsible for driving presales activities within the insurance sector. The role involves developing strategic presales initiatives, working closely with sales and technical teams, and acting as a subject matter expert to support business development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the insurance industry, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proven track record in presales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive presales strategies to support the growth of the insurance sector.
- Collaborate with the CSO and other senior leaders to ensure alignment of presales activities with overall business objectives.
- Provide expert-level support to the sales team in identifying and qualifying opportunities.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of FPT's solutions.
- Work closely with technical teams to design and tailor solutions that meet the specific needs and challenges of insurance clients.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings to ensure FPT's solutions remain competitive.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and providing insights and recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
- Lead the development of high-quality proposals and responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals).

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in presales, with a significant focus on the insurance sector.
- Proven track record of successfully supporting sales teams and closing deals in a presales capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry, including key trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and articulate complex solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level executives.
