JOB INFORMATION
Job title: Moderation Team Lead
Working Location: Thanh Khe, Danang
Job Description:
Gear Inc. is looking for qualified candidates to join our Moderation team as Moderation Team Lead (Full-time). Ideal candidates will join our team to assist in the daily operational supervision of 15-25 content moderators, ensuring all performance metrics, and escalating abnormal issues when required. Leaders should be capable of providing answers to both simple and complicated questions (from internal teams or clients) promptly. Your responsibilities are:
Subject Matter Expert to all operations functions (People, Performance, Process);
Responsible for ensuring and achieving all Service Level Agreements (SLA) and contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
Set goals for individual and team levels and ensure to achieve targets;
Manage team scorecard performance and retention goals;
Identify performance-related issues, develop Corrective Action - Preventive Action (CAPA) plan for improvement, and demonstrate proactive approaches in any situation;
Supervise team members about attendance and adherence compliance with organization policy;
Provide mentoring, coaching, and direction to team members;
Handle clients' inquiries and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits to ensure resolution;
Lead team members, foster their professional development and growth via effective coaching and proactive communication, and enhance teamwork and cooperation;
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Be able to report on data or team and/or team members' performance, and overall condition/state to immediate supervisor proactively and as needed.
Job Requirement:
Good English communication;
Have at least 6 months of experience in people management and leadership;
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal);
Proficient skills with Google platform (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slide) and other platforms;
Must be open to work on weekends, overnights, and public holidays (including New Year, Lunar New Year, Independence Day, etc.) and render overtime per business need;
Having experience in the BPO industry is a plus.
Personal traits and self-management skills are required to manage unique risks and a fast-paced work environment within the Content Moderation industry. Candidates may potentially be exposed to harmful content.

Job Description
Were looking for a talented Compensation and Benefits Officer to join our team. As a C&B Officer, you will play a critical role in enhancing our organization's employee experience by effectively managing compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and attractive packages for our employees and fostering positive employee relations.
The ideal candidate should have a solid background in C&B administration, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude toward addressing challenges;
The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage employee life-cycle document workflows, including supporting onboarding/offboarding contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and other HR-related paperwork;
Manage employee benefits programs, including social insurance, personal events policy, and wellness initiatives;
Handle employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits, providing clear and accurate information;
Resolve all issues related to personal income tax (PIT), register tax codes for employees and dependents,
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on HRIS, ensuring that changes in employment status are promptly reflected;
Provide support to other stakeholders on compensation and benefits-related matters;
Assist in developing and implementing compensation structures and strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
A minimum of 1 year of experience in Compensation & Benefits;
Good understanding of compensation practices, benefits administration, and employment laws;
Hands-on experience in Social Insurance management;
Good English communication skills;
Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite (Doc, Spreadsheet, etc.);
Good problem-solving abilities, with a proactive attitude toward addressing challenges;
Trustworthy, open-minded, and adaptable, willing to embrace new ideas and approaches;
Responsible, detail-oriented, and organized;
Shows initiative and has a strong work ethic.
