HR Coordinator
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting team member compensation, union leave, and benefits. Also, there will be opportunities to support the leave administration program, to include request for leaves of absence, access to short-term and long-term benefits, and return to work experience for non-work medical injury and illness, family medical leaves, and other non-medical leaves (military, jury duty). This role will collaborate with team member, Defense leadership, UAW leadership, COEs, process-owners and third-party administrators to deliver an experience that reinforces our People First Culture as well as a culture of overall team member well-being.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
Team Member Service/Engagement: Field team member questions/concerns, provide guidance and information to create connections and remove barriers throughout their compensation experience to ensure they are cared for in a People First manner.
Technical/Systems Administration: Update team member attendance and payroll records to ensure accurate tracking of time-off, intermittent leaves, return to work data, and ensure that pay is processed in an accurate and timely manner.
Partnership: Work collaboratively with leaders to ensure they are aware of job and compensation changes; partner with third party administrators to ensure smooth processing and provide liaison with team members as needed; field questions from leaders, UAW leadership, HRBPs, Health Services, etc.
Leave Administration/Processing: Assist with leave administration as needed through partnering with our third-party administrator.
Measurement: Track key metrics and generate reports for leaders and key stakeholders to bring awareness to usage/compensation changes and other key metrics to enable effective leader decision making and discussion with UAW leaderships.
Continuous Improvement: Be the voice of the customer by channeling feedback from team members and leaders to drive continuous process improvement and create better team member experiences.
Compliance: Assist with investigations and conduct HR file audits to ensure compliance with new and ongoing Federal, State and local laws.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
One (1) or more years of relevant experienced in HR or customer care. - Possess exceptional customer service and relationship building skills.
- Ability to problem solve and develop continuous improvement solutions to better serve team members.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience using people technology and benefit platforms.
Experience with time and attendance systems.
Knowledge of benefit programs and legislation related to team member leaves of absence (i.e. Family Medical Leave Act, Short-term Disability, Long-term Disability benefit plans).
Previous experience with team member support and care within a manufacturing environment.
Automation Engineer
Under the direct supervision of the Plant Manager (PM), the Robotics Engineer directs manufacturing operations through a team of functional Group Managers that oversee and implement all production operations and shop activities at the various plants and facilities in accordance with corporate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This position performs/acts in the capacity of a Group Manager during an absence and/or void and may act as the liaison to the PM on behalf of their respective operational Group activities and responsibilities.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Support daily production schedules through the timely troubleshooting and repair of faulty equipment.
- Troubleshoot and update robot programs based on component change and manufacturing needs.
- Provide strong project management skills to lead, plan, budget, and implement large capital projects.
- Mentor and train associates in robot set ups and troubleshooting.
- May perform other or specified duties as directed by the Plant Manager, Assistant Plant Manager, Production Manager, or other appropriate supervisory personnel.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, technical aptitude, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills up and down the organizational ladder to include rank and file, and plant management personnel.
- Fundamental understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Knowledge of safety (OSHA, SDS), ANSI (RIA) standards.
- Knowledge of automation applications with successful development and deployment experiences.
- Knowledge of setting up base structures for robot installation according to company standards.
- Must be flexible and able to manage time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
- Must be able to ensure effective and efficient completion of projects by planning and implementing courses of action with other functions and key stakeholders.
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other position applicable software applications.
- Travel is primarily local during the business day. May on occasion travel to appropriate seminars and training.
Education and Experience
- Five+ years of relevant work experience in Power Controls, Automation, and/or Robotics Engineering.
- 4 year University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, System Engineering or Computer Science.
- Experience in setting up robots and configuring robot I/Os, the off-line robotic simulation process in conjunction with PLC I/Os and HMI, exchanging tags and data between robots and PLCs through commonly used industrial protocols such as Ethernet IP, EtherCAT, Profinet, Profibus, Modbus, etc.
- Experience with interfacing safety devices like E-Stops, light curtains and area scanners with robot programming.
- Knowledge of raw materials and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques, preferably in the door and window industry.
- Sound knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing process improvement techniques including, but not limited to, SQDCI, OTD, TPS, and Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies and activities
Maintenance Tech - 3rd SHIFT

The ideal candidate will possess specialized skills and a commitment to quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Production Supervisor - 3rd SHIFT
Position Name: Production Supervisor
Location: Austin, TX
Shift: (1) 3rd Shift
Responsibilities:
- It is the responsibility of the Production Supervisor to coordinate the People and Processes tied to the production floor to ensure that safety, quality and delivery are met for out Just-In-Time / Just-in-Sequence (JIT/JIS) production Environment.
- Manage daily production requirement to ensure on time, in sequence delivery to our Customer(s).
- Ongoing communication with Team Members, Safety Quality, Production, Team Building etc.
- Problem solving and troubleshooting production related issues and root cause analysis.

Logistics Supervisor - 3rd SHIFT
The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for efficiently coordinating the scheduling of production materials and services in a Just-in-Time / Just-in-Sequence production environment. This role aims to ensure 100% final product delivery while minimizing inventory, handling, and logistics costs. The Logistics Supervisor oversees various tasks, including personnel management, quality control, compliance with regulations, and environmental management.

Essential Functions/Duties:
- Personnel Management and Training:
- Coordinate, monitor, and train personnel involved in incoming goods, storage, and materials supply.
- Provide training in IT applications and internal logistics procedures.
- Allocate tasks to Material Handlers.
- Production Support:
- Ensure trouble-free production by timely provision of assembly parts and containers.
- Take delivery of incoming goods, perform quality checks, and communicate with the Quality department when required.

- Warehouse and Inventory Management:
