Nous recrutons un Customer Success Manager pour accompagner la croissance de notre entité française.
Votre mission
Construire une relation de confiance et de partenariat avec nos clients pour maximiser limpact de loffre goFLUENT au sein de leur entreprise
Comprendre les objectifs Learning / RH de chaque client afin dassurer un déploiement adapté de notre offre
Accompagner les nouveaux clients au travers de leur formation et dune configuration sur-mesure du dispositif goFLUENT
Assurer lengagement et la satisfaction client en offrant une analyse régulière de la performance du dispositif
Être un vrai levier de croissance en identifiant les opportunités dupsell
Recueillir des feedbacks et analyser l'expérience utilisateur pour proposer des pistes d'amélioration et contribuer au développement de notre solution digitale
Vos atouts
- Vous êtes à l'aise dans la gestion de projets
- Vous avez une bonne capacité d'analyse
- Vous êtes orienté(e) résultats et qualité
- Vous avez de très bonnes capacités de communication, et d'expression écrite et orale en français

What You'll Do
- Develop the Russian market by prospecting potential clients, identifying the decision makers, providing proposals and closing meetings.
- Qualify and understand your prospects business-critical issues, challenge conventional learning approaches, and lead sales conversations to articulate the business impact goFLUENT brings to an organization.
- Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI for goFLUENT solutions.
- Build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and decision-makers from your key client accounts.
- Work and collaborate with the internal teams to help close sales opportunities.

- Travel to customer sites across your territory to support your sales efforts.
What You'll Need
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales (HR services, recruitment, financial, professional services and similar). Good to have SaaS and international experience.
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of prospect organizations, including senior managers and the C-suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Team player, self-motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Proactive, personable, hard-working and easily adaptable.
- Active on social media in a business context. Experience using LinkedIn.
- Relevant experience in the Training, e-Learning, HR solutions (SaaS) industry is definitely a plus.
- BA or BS required, MBA a plus.
- Native level of Russian is a must and advanced level of English is preferred.

Existing network of contacts and experience in the frontline training / reskilling /upskilling market
Proven success of consistently selling 6- and 7-figure contract values
History of success as a top performer that consistently meets and/or exceeds quota)
Team player, self-motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, growth-oriented, collaborative environment.
Consultative approach to selling with superb presentation skills
B.S. degree or equivalent is preferred but demonstrated relevant experience and results are more highly valued
Some skill in a language other than English a definite plus

You will build relationships with our clients and play an essential role in developing and managing ongoing partnerships to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
