We offer a unique supplement product called ANTINOL available for both dogs and cats. We also
offer a product called LYPRINOL, a human product for joint discomfort. We put a lot of investment into

SO NOW, A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE
Simply put, we are looking for a team player that has the skills, experience and motivation to excel in
this #2 position for Japan finance. You will be a true business partner and will have the opportunity to
cover all areas of finance/accounting operations and work directly with the Director of Corporate
Planning, Japan CEO & Global CFO. While VetzPetz is already an established company in regards to
success, sales and brand awareness, it is still very much a start-up and you will find a dynamic
environment with a truly unique office culture influenced by the Australian founders, local business
leaders and an extremely motivated team. In this role you will support the finance and accounting
structure for Japan and be in charge of all accounting functions incl. planning, budgeting, forecasting
while enjoying a hybrid work style in a flat hierarchy.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Your tasks and responsibilities will include"
- Work with the Director of Corporate Planning to manage the overall financial reporting and accounting practices.
- Implementation and design of accounting structure for Japan.
- Supervise financial and accounting system controls and standards.
- Perform accounting monthly, quarterly and yearly closing
- Maintain relationship and support with Local banks external Tax consultant Firm and Local tax accountant/CPA consultant
- Prepare financial statement for fiscal year
- Enhance collaboration with other departments
- Perform routine accounting and closing tasks, including general ledger, payable, inter-company, and account reconciliations etc. applying accounting knowledge and company procedures to resolve routine issues
- Perform/Supervise internal controls, and maintenance of financials records and documentation through effective use of financial accounting systems
- Submits reports in a timely manner, ensuring delivery deadlines.
- Ensures profits and losses are documented accurately
- Monitor all taxes that apply, ensuring that taxes are current, collected and/or accrued.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Over 5 years working experience as Finance Manager in any of the consumer goods/Inventory management experiences required or higher position .
- Thorough knowledge of JGAAP as well as local tax audit
- Ability to train, motivate, evaluate, mentor and direct associates and managers to meet desired ends.
- A resourceful individual who is creative and able to maintain flexibility.
- Bachelors degree major in finance/accounting or Business management
- Ideally some written and spoken English ability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Any types of ERP system experiences required

SO NOW, A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for that special someone to support our HR activities at VetzPetz in Japan. In this position you will support the development of our employees and culture whilst ensuring we have in place the right human resource policies, processes and practices. You will have at least 5 years experience in HR management and be excited by the challenge of helping to build a business as part of a dedicated team.
A great candidate will meet these requirements and need to have the skills and experience to deliver on the following priorities:
- Assisting managers with employee relations matters to help drive the business
- Supporting employees for professional development
- Handling employee onboarding and offboarding
- Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.

- Establish a reward system incl. Performance evaluation and Promotion strategies

As HR Manager you will be reporting to the Director of Corporate Planning and be responsible for employment policies and procedures, overseeing payroll and rewards, employee recognition programs and administer employee-benefit programs. You will also be in charge of developing training and development programs for all employees.
So you will be:
- Bridge - a bridge between management and employee by addressing demands, grievances or any other HR related issues
- Communicator - able to listen actively and communicate clearly on HR matters

Brand Specialist
Brand Specialist (consumer activation)
The purpose of Brand Specialist will be to lead and assist some Brand Marketing initiatives and consumer activations of the Red Bull brand. The position is responsible for translating business/consumer/category data into actionable insights and implication to develop impactful brand marketing plans. In order to bring your specific plans to life, you will require cross-functional collaboration and influence, such as with Marketing network, On- & Off-Premise team, Operations, Finance, and also HQ counterpart stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
PLANNING & EXECUTION OF INITIATIVES
- In collaboration with Brand Research Specialist and Off-Premise Business Intelligence, translate business/consumer/category data into strategy, and actionable business plan.
- Lead or assist Brand Manager from strategy development to planning, and finally to execution of Initiative projects.
- In collaboration with other Marketing network and On- & Off-Premise team, bring to life your Initiative plan in holistic manner from ATL to BTL.
- Development of business brief for agency, and consumercentric IMC (integrated Marketing Communications) plan with excellence to idea, contents, and execution.
PLANNING & EXECUTION OF CONSUMER ACTIVATIONS
- Lead and/or assist Brand Manager to deliver impactful instore and digital promotions (internally called consumer activations) together with the sales team and rest of the marketing team.
- Support with creating and managing the overall annual consumer activation calendar.
- Manage the making of specific consumer activations (Closed CAP and Open CAP) from start to finish.
- Support daily, monthly & quarterly analysis of activation performance and provide ongoing management and tracking of activation performance via scheduled reporting & ad hoc analysis as needed for business.
- Work closely with International HQ team counterparts and align plans.
- Closely work with Creative and production agencies to provide compelling engagements.
- Find the best consumer activation approach together with the key stakeholders within the sales team.
- Present and sell in activations in to Sales team and customers.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
- ~3+ years of B to C Brand Marketing experience, ideally FMCG brand management experience.
- Skills to quantitatively & qualitatively assess consumer/category landscape to form implication & strategy.
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills be able to take the driver seat and lead internal & external stakeholders with clear objective.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong sense of responsibility to deliver result.
- Attention to detail and high level of a self organized working style.
