Director of IT Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development projects, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple software development projects.
Director of IT Requirements
- 5-10 years experience in an IT Manager or Director role in a medium to large company with preferably a mix of franchise and corporate experience
- Strong leadership, mentorship, organization, and communication skills
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field to technology
- Previous P&L and /or department budget management experience

Our client, a Holding company is seeking an experienced CFO with a focus on strategic investment funding. The strategic CFO is experienced in Private Equity Real Estate and can deliver exceptional returns for its owners and investors while safeguarding loss. The ideal candidate has overseen commercial real estate finance prioritizing the needs of owners and investors while leveraging fundraising capital market relationships and investor relations within a GP/LP Promote and Waterfall Private Equity environment.
What You'll Do:
- Attract, engage, and secure investors to maximize real estate funding opportunities
- Build World Class lasting infrastructure that can generate high-level IRRs for investors
- Support the CEO and leadership team in envisioning and implementing the company's strategic plans
- Manage construction budgets and spending for development projects and acquisitions
- Work closely with senior management to underwrite acquisitions and development projects, providing detailed financial analysis and recommendations
- Build and manage strong banking relationships to ensure adequate financing for development projects and acquisitions
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, laws, and reporting requirements
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies

- Prepare and deliver presentations to investors on real estate transactions and market trends
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role within commercial real estate finance
- Existing relationships with the capital markets - equity and debt are a plus
- Financial integrity to ensure all financial reports are prepared accurately and punctually
- Private Equity / REIT Fund Management a plus
- Extensive background in construction managing budgets and spending
- Analytical acumen to effectively underwrite acquisitions and development projects
- Historical success in establishing, nurturing, and maintaining client relations with banks, funders, and investors
- Demonstrate engagement within a GP/LP model reporting/managing IRRs to investors
- Strong knowledge of Yardi Voyager, or similar
