Role Responsibilities:
- Handle end to end delivery and have a strong business connect within the region.
- Maintain SLAs and KPIs.
Drive service improvement efforts in the region and improve productivity.

- Work with product vendors on escalated issues
- Create run books, checklists, and process documents.

Skills and Experience:

- Experience in AWS/Azure cloud platforms. Technical certifications preferred.

- Exposure to multi tier applications and its infrastructure components
- Knowledge in Life Science domain and industry regulations
