The Challenges
Operations Strategy and Management
- Develop and execute the business strategy for Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines, aligning with the overall operations strategy to progress towards being a premier Order Management provider globally. Ensure successful strategy implementation with positive business outcomes and monitor P&L as a key indicator for optimal operations execution.
- Oversee all daily commercial and operational activities within Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines, striving for cost-efficient and sustainable operations to maximize long-term value.
- Ensure smooth operations and well-executed delivery of activities throughout the year. Deliver all approved projects as part of the Southeast Asia strategy.
Business Planning and Budgeting
- Track industry and geographical market consumption trends, working closely with the commercial team to identify key activities for growth, such as types of business, partners, vendors, suppliers, and products/services required for target customer groups.
- Ensure all activities are delivered within allocated budgets.
- Design strategies to penetrate the small and medium-sized enterprise market in Asia, enhancing brand awareness and presence within Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
Operational Leadership
- Communicate the actions needed to implement the operational strategy and business plan within the team.
- Ensure high operational efficiency, cost control, and environmental sustainability through effective execution of activities.
Customer Relationship Management
- Understand customer needs and manage complaints to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Gain a strong understanding of customer key priorities/objectives and identify ways to enhance customer relationships and value creation.
- Seek new and cost-effective methods to serve customers through strong relationship management and competitor analysis, ensuring the company remains a leader in customer service and experience.
External Stakeholder Engagement
- Understand country-specific laws and manage relationships with key regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with upcoming policies and requirements.
- Engage and manage relationships with key vendors, ensuring strong collaboration and partnerships to deliver quality service to customers
People Leadership and Team Management
- Manage and guide teams to achieve their objectives. Align country-specific KPIs with overall regional KPIs.
What It Takes
- Minimum 15 years of logistics operations and supply chain management experience.
- Solid working experience in Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines with a strong knowledge base of the logistics market.
- Experience in customer interface and commercial interaction.
- Expertise in process management and continuous improvement.

We are looking for a hands-on Director, Implementations to be the project lead as part of the country leadership team. Leading a team, you will be responsible for managing the client onboarding process, answering all technical questions arising pre- and post-sale, assessing customer needs and resolving their technical questions.
The Challenges
- Strategic planning, forecasting and process improvements to provide positive client outcomes and hit internal KPIs.
- Build Statements of Work (SOWs), integrate project plans with operations or the business development team, drive the plan to completion, and evaluate success throughout

- More than 10 years of work experience in logistics project implementation, operations analysis, planning and engineering and/or related consulting work ideally in the logistics, transportation or supply chain industry.
- Proven ability to understand and analyse problems and find solutions with a strong continuous improvement mindset in managing projects.
- Proficient in Excel, Tableau and other analytics software used in preparing and presenting data.
- Effective stakeholder engagement, including but not limited to the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leaders and to manage stakeholder meetings.

Process Safety Manager

This position will champion a culture of process safety excellence at the company by leading process safety program and initiatives, lead the effort to develop the process safety practices, culture & enhance the knowledge within the country to provide the required support for engineering and operations.
The Challenges
- Ensure successful deployment of Process Safety skills and competencies across all appropriate engineering, operations, and commercial activities within the country.
- Provide awareness of process safety to country operation and reliability team members, ensuring project hazard reviews and operating plant hazard/reviews and risk and consequence analysis are carried out in accordance with corporate policy
- Ensure Process Safety training is given to relevant people in the country, so that appropriate knowledge and skill exists in the organization.
- Lead a team to conduct HAZOP study (eg. during Process Hazard Analysis and P& ID review, new project, etc).
- Input to the Management of Change (MOC) system as a country reviewer from Process Safety perspective.
- Primary Interface between site Operations / reliability teams and the Regional Process Safety Team.
- Support the development of site process safety implementation plans in line with Global/Regional strategy.
- Coordinate with regional team & ensure that regular process safety/ integrated audit is done as per frequency. Participate in audits as required in site as well as in other regional audits.
What It Takes
- Degree in Engineering, chemical or mechanical engineering is preferred
- Minimum 6 years of engineering or plant operations experience of which min 4 years in Process Safety Management.
- Experience with using risk management techniques including Qualitative and Quantitative
- Good knowledge of Process hazard analysis (PHA) techniques, Mechanical Integrity (MI)
- Able to lead a team to perform a HAZOP study
- Able to use Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated strength and willingness to take initiative and be a self-starter.
