We are seeking  experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Managers/Directors for a prestigious luxury real estate company based in Dubai. As the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for driving the company's talent acquisition strategy and spearheading recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent within the luxury real estate sector.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with senior management and hiring managers to understand talent needs, define job requirements, and establish a talent pipeline.
2. Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, industry events, and networking, to attract and engage potential candidates.
3. Conduct comprehensive candidate sourcing and screening processes to identify high-caliber candidates for diverse roles within the organization.
4. Lead and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from interview scheduling to offer negotiation and onboarding.
5. Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
6. Act as a brand ambassador for the luxury real estate company, promoting the organization's values, culture, and career opportunities.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices to ensure competitiveness in talent acquisition efforts.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience (at least 10 years) as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role in the luxury real estate or related industry.
2. Solid understanding of the luxury real estate market in Dubai and the ability to identify and attract top talent in the field.
3. Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring high-quality candidates for diverse roles.
4. Experience in building and managing a strong talent acquisition team is preferred.
5. Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
7. Strong negotiation and influencing abilities, capable of securing top talent for the organization.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
9. Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages would be advantageous.
