The Ideal Candidate will have Experience in Sales preferably current Passenger vehicle/ Commercial vehicle sales with a good sales track record.
The position is ideal for someone who is looking to shift to a new industry in sales or someone who has been in passenger vehicle sales who is looking for a new challenge in Commercial vehicle sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets in the commercial truck segment.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Workshop Manager to lead a team in Johannesburg . The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all workshop operations, including recruitment of staff and training, managing a team of mechanics, and ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of workshop operations, including workshop planning, resource allocation, and workflow management.
- Manage a team of mechanics, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Lead recruitment efforts for new workshop staff, including mechanics and apprentices, and oversee their training and development.
- Coordinate with the parts department to ensure timely and accurate completion of work orders.

Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Commodity Market Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting market data, trends, and economic factors related to various commodities. The Commodity Market Analyst will provide insights and recommendations to support trading strategies, risk management, and business decisions. Reports to Sales Manager.
This is a Junior role and we are looking for someone who has 2-3 years experience as a trader or as a Market Analyst with commodities experience.
Key Responsibilities: Market Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of commodity markets, including supply and demand dynamics, pricing trends, and economic indicators.
- Monitor global market developments and geopolitical events that impact commodity prices.
Data Collection and Interpretation:
- Gather and analyze data from various sources, including financial reports, market research, and economic publications.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools and software to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
Reporting and Forecasting:
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and forecasts on commodity market trends and outlooks.

Job Profile:
- Previous experience working with Agricultural Tire Manufacturers in South Africa is preferred.
- Proven track record in selling predominantly Agricultural Tires to After Market dealers/distributors and OEM companies.
- Established connections with a substantial number of dealers/distributors, OE companies, and the capability to recruit dealers from the onset.
- Sales approach focused on value proposition over pricing.
- Understanding and readiness to put in the necessary work and effort required to establish the company in the South African market.
