Project Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Project Director to join our team at Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The Project Director will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects and a strong understanding of the construction industry.
General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with the Client representatives continuously regarding Project Progress and areas of concern.
- Exceptional Leadership Skills, possessing a collaborative management style, working in a multi-discipline team format.
- Liaise with the relevant stakeholders.
- Report all potential issues to management.
- Hold Coordination meetings.
- Manage the technical aspects of design, procurement, implementation, and close-out per the program.
- Review and determine the selection of all consultants/ contractors with the Client.
- Monitor compliance and performance of consultants and contractors with their agreement.
- Develop and administer project budgets and fiscal controls, contracts, and quality control provisions; perform
- project cost estimating and value engineering, as appropriate.
- Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day management of the construction project; monitor and coordinate work
- performed by architectural, engineering, and construction departments.
- Ensure that project operations comply with design specifications and client requirements.
- Establish performance and delivery criteria, ensure client requirements are met; prepare project specifications and coordinate procurement appropriately.
- Authorize contract issuance, purchase, and change orders and approve contractor invoices for payment.
- Direct work sequencing to expedite project delivery and minimize ongoing operations disruption.
- Upload project reports on completion and handing over to Include.
o Project Name and Client.
o Masterplan brief/Design/Construction, including time and cost.
o Consultant and Contractor Performance.
o Cost Index.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is required.
- Extensive experience in executing hospitality elements.
- Minimum of 20+ years of experience in managing mega hospitality (shopping mall/Hotel) projects within the
- Construction/PMC industries. Experience managing programs (multiple projects at one time) is required.
- Ability to think ahead, identify new opportunities and create new and innovative approaches to work-related
issues.
- Strong organization and communication.
- Excellent numerical and communication skills
BIM Coordinator
General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain the Post-Contract BIM Management Plan / BEP.
- Review and Approve the Post-Contract BIM Execution Plan for all project appointed parties within its scope.
- Day to day monitoring and manage all BIM activity in the project.
- Develop and Maintain necessary Template and Guidance document to achieve Project BIM requirements.
- Manage and implement interface management between project assets.
- Set-up CDE for related project as per EIR. Providing the necessary training to consultants and contractors in the use of the BIM CDE.
- Onboarding (BIM kick-off) meetings with consultants and contractors (Lead / Attend).
- Assist Project Managers in the review of milestone submission.
- Review BIM work produced by the consultants and contractors at milestone submissions and end-of-stage submissions.
- Manage and Monitor Consultants and Contractor BIM reports.
- Provide the necessary training to consultants and contractors in the implementation and use of BIM Tolls and Processes.
- Provide ad-hoc support to consultants and contractors during projects stages to facilitate them in achieving the BIM requirements.
- Ensure LOIN delivered in the models are as per deliverables requirements of the relevant stage of the project.
- Establish project information delivery controls and reporting and ensure timely delivery of projects to time, cost, and quality.
- Report to client on an on-going basis the status of BIM processes on projects through an integrated dashboard.
- Maintain BIM-related risks and issues in the overall Project Risk Register and develop their mitigation strategies.
- Maintain a federated model for the respective scope containing latest model version of all projects.
- Record lesson learned and sharing with the relative parties.
- Support Document control team to manage and monitor that all information is controlled and disseminated efficiently to the intended parties using the mechanism defined in the BEP and EDMS Protocols.
- Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, BIM management Manuals and Procedures in place within Hill International, and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.
- Coordinate with regional office for technical support required to ensure the correctness and completeness of the information production.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Architectural or Engineering from a recognized university.
- Masters degree is preferred but not essential.
- Must have experience with ISO 19650.
- Professionally qualified (e.g., Bre, RCIS, PMP) preferred but not essential.
- Must have experience with warehouse, manufacturing facilities, steel structure, and industrial buildings.
- Minimum of 7 years experience coupled with at least 5 years experience in BIM Implementation on major projects or program.
- Proficient with Revit, Navisworks, BIM collaboration and Tekla.
- Excellent English communication.
- Excellent writing skills in preparing letters, technical instructions, analytical reports, and presentations.
Senior Mechanical Engineer (Construction)
Review the Mechanical shop drawings, material submittals, pre-qualifications, and technical calculations alongside method statements, ITPs, and Quality Checklists for acceptance.
Monitor the mechanical works for conformance with the provisions of the contract documents, approved drawings, project specifications and requirements, manufacturers instructions, and the procedures manual.
Ensure that the quality of all Mechanical works carried out at the project site is as per the client's requirements and in compliance with the project quality plan (QPP) & Inspection Test Plan (ITP).
Schedule and conduct the inspection and test in coordination with the discipline engineer as per Project
Technical specification requirements & ITP.
Prepare and provide Monthly Progress reports along with trackers to monitor the work progress of the
Contractor and provide requested documents from the Client.
Conducting daily site visits with the contractor QC team to monitor the Quality of work executing at the Site and maintaining the standards of execution by complying with Safety requirements.
Perform inspection of materials arriving at site & work done when advised.
Issue Site Observation & Potential PNCR when the specification or procedural requirements are not met/violating the compliance of the requirements with Project Technical requirements.
Inspect the Work inspection and Material Inspection, offered by the contractor, and make sure that all inspection Requests (IR) are provided with sufficient attachments such as the Test Report, Calibration
Certificates, previous copies of the inspection report, and As-Built drawings.
Inspect and ensure proper installations are done as per the approved design drawings, project specifications & standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 12+ years of experience in Mechanical Project Management
Must be proficient and having experience in installation of HVAC system, plumbing, firefighting, fireproofing, water supply system and installation of Elevators and escalators.
Proficient with Construction & Project Management and Business processes including planning, contract management and procurement, Management of Change, Control of Work, Quality Management Systems and EHS management systems.
Experience in medium / large Electrical projects during design, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning & testing and start-up.
Must have strong leadership and multi-discipline coordination skills and be able to plan work logically.
Hardworking, proactive and possesses teamwork attitude with leadership and problem-solving skills.
Good English communication skills.
Competent in using MS word, Excel and PowerPoint applications
Senior Contract/Commercial Engineer
Job Responsibilities

Experience And Qualifications
Bachelor in quantity surveying, engineering or cost engineering from an accredited university.

Preferably a chartered member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors MRICS or MSc
Previous technical delivery experience gained within a global construction consultancy
Pre and post-contract experience
Experience of working in variety of sectors and projects in the Middle East region.
Experience of providing advice and administering on contractual matters
Good technical writing and communication skills (both internal and external)
Well-organized, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astute
A team player with a can-do attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable, respectful and flexible
Direct experience of managing workload distribution, execution of work and personnel management.
Formation and administration of (sub) contracts: pre-qualification, compilation of bid requests, receipt of bids, bid evaluation, award, monitoring contractor performance, back charges, resolution of claims and disputes.
Technical and administrative knowledge of engineering/construction industry contracting practices,
government and commercial procurement regulations and practices, policies, procedures and work practices.
Demonstrated experience in pricing, contract law, contract drafting, administration and negotiation of change orders, effective correspondence, planning and scheduling. Thorough knowledge of prime contracts management administration as well as (sub) contract formation and administration, execution office and field procedures and documents relating to a multi-discipline construction project.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience of working internationally (preference for KSA).
Cyber Security Engineer (E2-4)
General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
- Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading security measures for the protection of the organization's data, systems, and networks.
- Troubleshooting security and network problems.
- Responding to all system and/or network security breaches.
- Ensuring that the organization's data and infrastructure are protected by enabling the appropriate security controls.
- Participating in the change management process.
- Testing and identifying network and system vulnerabilities.
- Daily administrative tasks, reporting, and communication with the relevant departments in the organization
- Knowledge of networks, their protocols and security such as TCP/IP, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, etc.
- Ability to design, implement and maintain WAN, LAN and wireless networks including fiber optics networks, gateway routers, switches, firewall and Cisco Wireless controllers.
- Excellent knowledge of (DWDM, IPLC & MPLS) technologies.

- Familiarity with general OS systems, Enterprise, and programming languages
- At least 5 years of practical experience in the field of cybersecurity.
- An excellent understanding of technology infrastructures using Firewalls, VPN, Data Loss Prevention, IDS/IPS, Web-Proxy, and Security Audits.
- Awareness of cybersecurity trends and hacking techniques.
- Recognized cybersecurity certifications such as CEH CISSP or CompTIA Security+.
- Experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies.
- Experience with risk assessment methodologies and tools
- Must have security experience with IoT, Data Center 4G,5G or Smart cities.

Senior Risk Engineer (E3-4)
General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
- Identify the Risks associated with the projects.
- Work on the Risk Register.
- Define Challenges, and Issues properly and address them to the Management in a timely manner.
- Prepare the risk mitigation plan.
- Report on potential risks and their responses.
- Advise on the probability and Impact Matrix for each project.
- Facilitate meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to identify, assess, and evaluate risk issues arising from different phases in the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and implement a risk management plan for construction projects outlining the processes to mitigate risks.

- Proven experience and skills in identifying problems, evaluating alternatives, and finding solutions. · Reliability and initiative to succeed without direct supervision.
- Understanding the Israeli aspects of the context in the Kingdom.
- Proven experience and familiarity with commercial risk management practices and procedures, preferably in a similar cutting context.
- Previous experience in identifying risks (costs/schedule quality/safety).
- Previous experience maintaining risk management databases (e.g. Active Risk Management program).
- Previous experience with ERM procedures.
