Collection Officer (Medical Billing )
We are seeking a dedicated Collection Officer to join one of our clients. The ideal candidate will have healthcare experience, be HIPAA compliant, and possess strong CRM experience.
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
Key Responsibilities:
- Billing and Collections:
- Manage and process medical billing transactions.
- Follow up on unpaid claims and overdue accounts.
- Communicate with insurance companies to resolve discrepancies and issues.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from patients and insurance providers.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all billing and collection activities.
- Ensure all billing documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Keep detailed records of all billing transactions and communications.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Utilize CRM systems to manage patient accounts and interactions.
- Ensure all patient information is accurately recorded and maintained.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and respond to billing inquiries.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and analyze billing and collection reports.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement in the billing process.
- Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
- Holding a Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical billing and collections.
- Healthcare experience is highly preferred.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of medical billing procedures and terminology.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and billing software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Compliance:
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance.

Hire My Tech is seeking a dynamic and creative "Social Media Executive" to join one of our clients based in Dubai to drive their social media presence for the AI platform.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, possess excellent communication skills, and have a deep understanding of various social media platforms. This role offers the opportunity to shape our brand's online presence and engage with our target audience in meaningful ways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop, create, and curate engaging content for AIixx.ai's social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Social Media Strategy: Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our web traffic and brand awareness.
- Community Engagement: Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly. Foster a sense of community and manage interactions to ensure positive engagement.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics, analyze data to gauge the success of campaigns, and prepare regular reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies to ensure AIixx.ai remains at the forefront of social media innovation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand voice across all platforms.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive engagement and conversions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Must be fluent in English Language Skill.

Role and Responsibilities:
- You will be scheduling/canceling the appointments.
- Recalling patients to schedule the future appointments.
- Responding to them via email or live chat option and helping patients to connect with the provider.
- You would have to complete the patients file in the EMR system and upload the documents before their first appointment.
- You will be communicating with other team members to forward requests and resolve patients' concerns regards to any department.
- PSR will be the first interaction with the patient so its important to have good communication skills with a better understanding.
- Behavior should be welcoming to give them the best experience with the facility.
Qualification:
Have experience for US/UK based Call Centre of HealthCare facilities.
Should be aware of HIPPA.
