About the Position
As a Product Manager CMS, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our clients technology offerings as they embed and integrate more functions across all of their products. You will collaborate closely with other product teams to drive the development and enhancement of the technology platform, ensuring it aligns with our mission of transforming education through technology. Experience working with a SaaS CMS platform is a core requirement.
As the Product Manager CMS, you will take the lead in launching new features and enhancements for Core and Tools. Your project management skills and commitment to meeting timelines will enable seamless coordination across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment of marketing efforts and driving successful customer adoption.
As a Product Manager-CMS, you will be responsible for defining market opportunities and conducting requirements analysis. You will translate business goals into a well-defined product development strategy and collaborate with the team and Director to create a quarterly and yearly product roadmap aligned with the business strategy.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in the technology industry, particularly working with CMS teams as part of a larger organization.
- Availability to overlap with the US team's working hours, with a specific focus on being accessible between 16:00 and 21:00 Sofia time for effective collaboration and communication.
- Strong understanding of technology platforms and software development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-backed decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with CMS Director and team to create and manage the CMS product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, sales, marketing, support teams, and most importantly, customer and consumer facing product teams.
- Conduct through market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Deeply understand the needs and pain points of our customers and prospects within the Education sector.
- Work closely with global engineering teams to oversee the development process, ensuring products are delivered on time and within scope.
- This role in particular is responsible for all aspects of the flagship Core and Tools projects.
- Work closely with various teams including development, quality assurance, marketing, and sales. Collaborating with these teams is crucial to ensure the successful execution of product roadmap, gather feedback from stakeholders, and align product development with business objectives.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional user experiences by prioritizing features and making informed decisions based on market research and customer feedback.

About the Position
We are looking for an experienced marketing manager to establish, maintain and improve business relationships with our affiliate network. The Manager, Affiliate will lead the success of Affiliate across the company's Enhancements and Bath product lines. This candidate demonstrates problem solving skills, has experience collaborating with a call center and obsesses over the metrics to deliver measurable results. As a member of the Digital Acquisition Team and reporting to the Sr. Manager, Affiliate, the Manager will oversee a results-oriented Sr. Specialist responsible for meticulous performance management of affiliates.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Bring in-depth knowledge of affiliate partners and operate as the in-house expert in your channel, while also showing a more general understanding of the media landscape and measurement to work collaboratively with biddable counterparts.
- Responsible for portfolio performance and budget of eight-plus figures per month.
- Leads the budgeting, testing, and optimization roadmap for team against assigned KPIs.
- Accountable to the performance and productivity of team including operational setup tasks, pacing, partner communication and troubleshooting.
- Works directly with our client's largest affiliate partners to negotiate price; create new initiatives and execute on the affiliate strategy as outlined by Director of Affiliate.
- Take investigative approach to affiliate partners and decisively dictates next steps.
- Works with the Director to build a quarterly roadmap that aligns with strategic vision of the Digital Acquisition team.
- Communicates weekly with FP&A and Senior Manager on affiliate spend, performance and optimization expectations.
- Prioritizes affiliate needs for internal stakeholders that results in successful launches and performance.
- Continuously scope and research new and emerging programmatic opportunities to meet the established success metrics.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Experience And Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 5+ years of affiliate experience with lead generation focused objectives.
- Understanding of paid search, SEO, social media, native advertising, and programmatic.
- Experience managing and leading direct reports.
- Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without dropping the ball.
