Job Summary:
Our Client is looking for a Mid/Senior JavaScript/ReactJS Developer to join the BTDS application development team.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript including DOM, the JavaScript Object Model and other relevant concepts
- Thorough understanding of ReactJS/React Native and its core principles
- Expertise on building encapsulated and reusable components
- Preceding experience with ReactJS/React Native workflows like Redux, Flux, Create React App.
- Demonstrated expertise building modern UIs and applications using React and its available libraries
- Proficiency in developing Responsive, PWA and Adaptive Design sites that can work on any form factor
- Knowledge of modern authentication protocols and mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth2, etc.
- Knowledge of modern version control systems (GitHub, preferably) and automated build workflows/pipelines for web applications
- Familiarity with Rest services/API
- Familiarity with Java is a plus
- Familiarity with Spring Boot is a plus

Job Summary:
Director of Accounting is responsible for the oversight of the financial, accounting and reporting functions. This position will provide direct supervision of the Association Accounting operation in compliance with contractual obligations, GAAP and Florida statutory requirements. This position reports to the Co-Founder.
Responsibilities:
Staff Leadership and Management
- Guides decisions based on company's vision, mission and values while serving as a role model to the department and organization.
- Lead team of qualified accounting professionals to deliver services timely and accurately in key functional areas with a strong focus on operational business partnership and support.
- Participate in personal career development, participates in software training and seminars as applicable for this position.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will have at least 8+ years of senior accounting management experience and a broad and deep understanding of effective implementation of strategy through tactical leadership. The candidate will need to be adept at working in partnership with Executive Team, Leadership Team, Board Members, leading and managing staff, creating a collaborative and positive work environment, building strong relationships with team members, and key vendors.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Must have a bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration or a related field.
- CPA required.
- Excellent project management, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word & Outlook) required.
- Able to travel (Tri-County) to Board Meetings 5% of time as required.

Our Client seeks a Software Development Engineer in Test for the Bureau of Technology Development and Systems (BTDS). Reporting directly to the Deputy Director of BA, QA and UX, you will be responsible for creating test procedures for our Web & Mobile Applications. You will understand Applications in-depth and design automated tests to validate their functionality & performance. You will need a passion to find bugs and try to break an application.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with product, engineering, and other domain teams to understand features, develop, and automate test cases, improve product quality, and shorten release time from dev to production.
· Coordinating and driving E2E testing with cross-domains.
· Being able to identify the manual processes and solve through automation.
· Working with software engineers to understand product architecture and features.
· Documenting and track bugs to closure.
· Create and maintain data scenarios to support test plans and test cases.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science or similar, plus 8+ years of programming experience
· Experience using automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright or Microfocus QTP/UFT
· Experience writing code using Java, JavaScript, and other similar languages including HTML & CSS.
