Sr. Human Resources Business Partner
Due to tremendous growth trajectory, our client is looking to add a Senior Human Resources Partner to partner with senior leadership. The company offers an extremely generous compensation package which includes a base salary, target bonus, Long term incentive(LTI), and profit sharing.
What will you be doing?
- Partner with Senior leaders across multiple business unites in regards to workforce planning, performance management, and training and development needs in order to develop a culture that supports achievement of objectives.
- Use knowledge of Human Resources, legal, and regulatory requirements in conjunction with market best practice to ensure business unit compliance and competitiveness.
- Review and analyze HR data and develop recommendations and action plans to address issues.
- Support the implementation of HR programs, communications, and initiatives across the region
What are we looking for in a qualified candidate?
- Minimum of 7 years of total experience and a minimum of four years working in a business partner capacity.
- A strong and stable work history.
- A strategic mindset with the willingness and ability to do tactical tasks when needed.
- Ability to work across multiple business units to achieve success.
- Bachelors Degree is a must. Masters degree is plus but not required
- Willingness to come to the office five days a week.
- Ability to travel 20% to 25% within the United States.

Global Human Resources Business Partner
Our client, a leading employer in the manufacturing industry, is looking to add a Sr. HR Business Partner (HRBP) This position is available due to incumbent being promoted to executive level position. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to the Vice President of Global Operations. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working with senior business leaders and use data when trying to determine the best course of action on a global platform. Compensation for this role includes a base salary, target bonus, and Long Term Incentive Plan (LTI). This role is slated to be in office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday.
What will you be doing?
- Partner with senior business unit leaders in the process of performance management, associate engagement survey interpretation and action planning, and training and development needs in order to develop a culture that supports achievement of objectives.
- Review employee relations and any performance issues.
- Use knowledge of Human Resources, legal, and regulatory requirements in conjunction with market best practice to ensure business unit compliance and competitiveness.
- Review and analyze HR data and develop recommendations and action plans to address issues.
- Support the implementation of HR programs, communications, and initiatives.
What are we looking for in a qualified candidate?
- Minimum of 10 years of total HR experience and a minimum of two years supporting a leader across multiple regions.
- Ability to work across multiple business units to achieve success.
- Willingness to travel 40% of the time. Some international travel involved.

What are we looking for?
- Minimum of 7 years of Talent Management, learning & development, organizational effectiveness experience.
- Proven experience with curriculum development, delivery methodologies and best practices
- In-depth understanding of best practices in learning strategy development and employee engagement
- Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs.
- Strong leadership presence and relationship building skills required with a demonstrated ability to influence and interact effectively with all levels of an organization (including executive leadership)
- Data driven, possesses the ability to draw insights using data and to make meaningful business recommendations.
- Able to think strategically and act tactically.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across an organization.
- Bachelor's degree is a must. Master's degree is a big plus.
Director of Compensation and Benefits
Our client, an established global technology company, is looking for a new Director of Compensation and Benefits. Working schedule can be flexible and a hybrid schedule is available.

In this role, the ideal candidate will own the strategic direction, design, plan implementation, processes and policies, governance, and incentive administrations in the US, India, and the UK. The client is a highly matrix-ed organization which will require significant partnership with Executive Leadership, HR, Finance, Compensation. What experience and skills are we looking for?
- A minimum of 10 years of total experience. 3 years in a managerial/leadership role.
- Strong knowledge and ability to manage Equity Administration this will include understanding tax laws around equity, accounting rules around LTI vehicles, and SEC rules on proxy compensation disclosures.
- Subject matter expertise in Global executive compensation; including related governance and accounting implications, compiling information for annual Proxy statements and relevant filings, and experience in LTI administration
- Robust Microsoft Excel skills
- Detail oriented exceptional attention to detail
- Data savvy - ability to investigate and resolve data discrepancies
- Experience with an HRIS system. Workday experience is highly desirable.
- 4 year degree from an accredited university is required. Masters is highly desirable.
