Wanted to reiterate that the most important thing for us is to see that the candidate has 3+ years of React Native experience. I'll provide a general check list to go off of below:
- 5+ years of programming experience.

About this role
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be reporting directly to the CEO, assuming responsibility for the company's product end-to-end. Working closely with the CEO, you will contribute to planning and executing our product roadmap. This role entails collaboration with a Designer and another Full-Stack Engineer to handle various aspects, including coding, database design, product prioritization, cycle planning, design brainstorms, and customer interviews. Your duty involves enhancing both customer and employee experiences from a technological standpoint. We are seeking an ideal candidate who possesses a strong grasp of data and can foster a data-driven culture within the company. Initial Call (15min) - This stage is a more informal call to get to know more about the role, and for you to evaluate whether we are a good fit for you.
Technical Interview (1 HR) - The interview is a deep dive into coding abilities. Think Leetcode style questions. We are looking for exceptional ability in programming. We are also looking for autonomy and communication. This is evaluated throughout the process, in how you communicate your approach, solutions and overall thinking.
Culture Interview (1 HR) - This interview with the CEO will go over culture fit for our 4 values (just deliver, keep it simple, write on the bag, be a student).
Systems Design Interview (1 HR) - The interview is a deep dive into systems design. We are looking for logical, consistent and coherent thought processes. We are also looking for autonomy and communication. This is evaluated throughout the process, in how you communicate your approach, solutions and overall thinking.
Bar Raiser Interview (1 HR) - A non-hiring team member will interview you (mostly behavioral) and provide feedback to the hiring manager (CEO)

In the capacity of the company's founding engineer, you will play a crucial role in accomplishing our mission to promote transparency in startup compensation. Your primary responsibility will involve close collaboration with product, design, engineering teams, and even direct engagement with customers to develop top-notch products for candidates, employees, and talent teams. As a full-stack engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product delivery process, encompassing tasks such as writing database migrations and building and styling React components.

- The frontend is a React application written in Typescript and hosted on Vercel.
- The backend is a Django application written in Python and hosted on Render.
- The database, authentication, and storage are all hosted on the open-source Firebase alternative, Supabase.
- Linear, Notion, and Slack are used for async communication and project management.
Salary: $160k - $210k

Seeking a VA to join our team to identify job leads from job boards and LinkedIn, research and find the hiring and/or HR managers on LinkedIn, pull that individual's email and LinkedIn profile info, and input this information into an excel spreadsheet.
- Must have experience working with and modifying data
- Must have the experience to identify actual hiring & human resources managers and hiring companies.
